"When blue plate first opened up the thing we loved about the establishment was the quality of the food. We often came here Sunday for breakfast. Since the expansion (after their fire) something has changed. The last time we went we had breakfast, I ordered a blueberry pancake, and I received one pancake and the texture was so dry, it honestly tasted like it had been cooked hours prior and reheated in a microwave. Please remember one thing, if you stick to your basics of quality and customer service you will succeed. Being smaller is not a bad thing if you seek to keep your quality and customer service, and if you expand, you must protect that reputation is best as you can, and then, and only then, will you grow and succeed through customer retention and word of mouth. If you expand too fast and that negatively affects quality and service, you will hurt your reputation. I want to see this establishment thrive, however you need to decide what you want to be."
