"This has been my worst experience with Casey's and their pizza. I ordered a large supreme and a medium half bacon, half cheese online. I was given an estimated wait time of an hour, which I understood since it was Saturday night. However, when I got home, I found that the Supreme pizza was undercooked; the crust was still raw on the sides and the cheese was not melted. I attempted to finish cooking it, but the center was stuck to the box and cold. The cheese and bacon pizza was fully cooked but also cold. As an Iowa native, I'm usually a big fan of Casey's—it's one of the best, only rivaled by Hy-Vee. However, something needs to be improved regarding the online wait times and quality control; while warm pizza is acceptable, undercooked pizza is simply not."

It's great to have a station on the west end of town again. To have a quick place to stop fuel and grab a bite. Casey's are always a pleasure to see when you are on a hard day running about.

I kinda forgot we had a Casey's in town, but the other day I remembered to stop in here, and I'm so glad that I did! I'm done stopping at the BP from now on, even if Casey's is a bit out of my way, their selection prices are worth it.

Food was good but went up to the front to checkout and cashier(Debie) didn?t come up to the counter after seeing customers waiting there for 5 minutes. After paying for our food the cashier took our receipt and kept it after we?d asked for ourreceipt. After asking for the second time she said ?Thank you bye?. Rude kids what do you expect not QT for sure. I thought I was buying a nicotine pouch product got just outside the door discovered it wasn't what I wanted turned around went up to the counter said this is not what I wanted and was told you can't return that type of item I said really I just walked out the door and came right back in nope. I understand policy's but that's ridiculess you should have flexibility and common sense somewhere in the building. 14.00 bucks down the drain. View menu

I've noticed that the window washer buckets are always empty whenever I visit. I saw your response asking me to contact you directly, but this has happened four times now. The buckets aren't even wet at the bottom! Filling eight buckets can be quite time-consuming; why not just remove the handles so people aren't constantly checking? Having the handles there suggests that the buckets will be filled eventually. Alternatively, it would be great if you could keep just one bucket filled and place it by the tire air machine.

On my way home, I needed to stop by the restroom and, like anyone else, headed into a stall. Unfortunately, I neglected to check for toilet paper and found myself stuck in there for about 20 minutes. A staff member doing maintenance came by every few minutes, and I repeatedly asked her to bring me some toilet paper, but she ignored me and continued with her tasks. Thankfully, a kind stranger who was also in the restroom came to my rescue and fetched me a roll. To be honest, I almost wished I had just gone in my pants rather than face going back into Casey's.
