"I've been waiting for a bubble tea place to open in Back Bay for a while, and I've finally found the first one (outside of Chinatown). It’s exactly what you’d expect from a bubble tea shop. It’s a perfect spot for a fun lunch drink with friends. If you’re not too familiar with bubble tea like I am (I love it, but don’t know what to order), make sure to take a moment to let the barista explain their many options. I recommend trying the Thai Milk Tea, and you definitely can’t forget to add the pearls (the tapioca balls in the tea)!"

The boba here is delicious, but my last visit took quite a while—about 30 minutes to prepare five tea orders.

The tapioca pearls were soft and chewy, and I loved that I could customize the ice and sugar levels in my tea. I chose 80% sugar, which was perfectly sweet for my taste. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricier than other places like Boston Tea Stop and Kung Fu Tea; a regular drink costs $4, and the pearls are an additional 50 cents.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
