"Even without the sauce, the chicken is fantastic—served piping hot, packed with flavor and juice, and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The best part? It’s not greasy! You could easily devour 10 pieces and not feel overwhelmed like you do at other fried chicken joints. I can’t comment on their pizza since I tried it once and wasn’t a fan. Stick to the fried chicken, folks! Their garlic wings are also amazing, smothered in a delightful garlicky sauce! The service is excellent and friendly, and the prices are fantastic! We ordered 2.5 half chickens, 16 pieces of garlic wings, a whole pitcher of beer, sauces on the side, and our meal came with radish pickles and salad—all at a fraction of the price of other places. Without a doubt, the best! I highly, highly recommend this place!"

2018: GoodUpdate 6/4/22: Chicken has good sauce but the meat itself is a bit too dry.

This restaurant has really changed. They serve small portions of chicken that aren't even worth $15. I'm so disappointed and won't be coming back. Food rating: 1/5. View menu

Love their pizza! I usually order the half half (sweet potato and garlic shrimp). The crust is fluffy and not too thick and the pizza itself is very flavorful. I do think it's a bit overpriced for the size but I would come back for special occasions or if I'm really craving it.

Ordered the half and half pizza- bulgogi and garlic shrimp with cheese sweet potato crust. The flavor of bulgogi and garlic shrimp was mild and pretty similar but the crust was my favorite. We also ordered wings- half and half flavored and the volcano fries. It was carbs heaven!

Delicious Korean fried chicken, pizza, and good coleslaw. However, I wish they offered more salad and vegetable options, especially for those seeking healthier, vegan choices. The atmosphere is quiet, which makes it easy to have conversations. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. View menu

I'll come right out and say that their fried chicken was legit! Sure, the name spells a bit funny and the dark, industrial interior took some getting used to, but I repeat: their yangneum (spelling? chicken is on fire! I also liked that the radish was chilled, and the salad, despite my reservation about the pickle relish, was pretty much a crunchy, crispy, sweet perfection. Service was fine and we left with full and happy bellies.

This used to be my favorite spot for take-out, but not anymore. The size of the Yang-Nyum Chicken has shrunk to nearly half of what it was a year ago, and most pieces have very little meat, with mostly bones. I can’t believe the price of the chicken has nearly doubled! If you order a $28 box of chicken, it’s barely enough for a single elementary school kid. After multiple disappointments, I’ve decided not to return. It's unfortunate, really.
