I called at 8:59 to place my order, I went at 9:57 to pick up when I arrived they said they will do it for me, I do not recommend buying people from this restaurant because they have no principles.

Had a coupon from restaurant.com refused to honor it and was extremely rude I was gonna cancel the order but since I ordered it before she told me she's not gonna accept the coupon I just ate food was decent but the people there treated me like I was bothering them even said thanks for the food and that it smelled good and all I got was a blank stare and that's it

Man, the food was dirty, burn rice flavor, the pork was greedy, the lady in the back drank the oil not from the pork. I found a raw skin in my rice, I thought it was the red beans, but it was a cheek. Don't go to Chez Elda Restaurant on Gateway. Nasty cold food. We have been ordering from Chez Elda almost every week because the food is so delicious. My favorite dishes are the stewed chicken and legumes de militon, while my husband loves the Griot. Tonight, he tried the oxtail for the first time and loved it. Everything we have ordered has been hot, fresh, and delicious. We are slowly working our way through their menu and can't wait to have many more meals from this Haitian takeout restaurant.

I've been eating here for 2 years atleast 3 times a month . I'm not sure if it because times are harder now or not but the food here is very bad now. I ordered this week and it was awful, paste rice, non salted meat. Before you paid for what you got now you order pikliz and get onions and oil. When you call to complain they'll tell you it's the new recipe as if your stupid. The food is bad now and there no respect or care. I'd never hear there again.

This place does not know the importance for customer service. You overloaded my card. Didn't believe me when I mentioned it. I can be very polite and understanding. When I received a refund, it was short. What if I don't have enough money? all will not give me the food, but give me less on my refund, and nothing has been done for the inconvenience, not I wanted something) but the offer would have shown that they care.
