"Our experience with Sandia Garage Door has been outstanding. Initially, we thought we just needed some repairs for our garage door, and Ron came by to help us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Eventually, we realized we needed a new garage door, and the sales manager, Daniel, was very patient and efficient in assisting us in choosing from the wide variety of options available. When supply chain issues caused some delays, the office staff kept us informed with regular updates, sparing us the need to reach out ourselves. Finally, David, who handled the installation, was fantastic! He kept us updated throughout the process and answered our many questions with a smile. Although I don’t typically leave reviews, I felt compelled to give Sandia Garage Door the highest praise."

Staff is extremely nice. The food has been solid so far. Love the Mandarin Spicy Beef because the beef isn't fatty like most other places. General Tsos chicken is also tasty with quality chunks of meat. I hate Chinese food where the meats are fatty, slimy, and all that other nastiness. None of that so far at this place.

Daniel is THE guy to call if you ever need anything done with your garage doors. The real deal, if you ask me. First off, polite. Second, punctual. And, third, unbeatable prices! If there is something wrong, he will not leave until he fixes it. If he can’t, he’ll even bring another person to try to help out, free of charge.

Cannot say enough good things about Daniel from Sandia Garage Door. Long story but the following was what he told me about the cause of my garage door getting stuck open in the middle of the night. When my home warranty company sent out a repairman, he said the door had never been installed correctly, it would have been out of balance from the start. So, $800 later...the door is rebuilt and operates darn near whisper silent. Thank you to Sandia Garage Door.you will get all of my business.

We had an excellent experience from our initial visit to the showroom all the way through to the final cleanup. Our installer, Daniel, was outstanding. He arrived on time, removed the old door and mechanism, and despite some quirky conditions in our house that required attention, he had the new door installed and functioning within the estimated timeframe. The door looks fantastic and works flawlessly. Daniel also took the time to explain the door's operating system and safety features. The garage was left spotless afterward. I highly recommend this service!

If you have a security gate issue call Sandia Garage Door! David at Sandia Garage Door called prior to coming to fix our security gate so he would know what to expect. I really appreciated him being prepared! Upon arrival, he fixed the security gate issue prompt and was very professional. And listen to this...a few days after he fixed the issue, he personally called me to make sure everything was working well.
