"We were really excited to try this new restaurant that advertised live jazz. Unfortunately, the experience wasn 't good and we won 't go back. They were out of the first three bottles of wine we requested, then after searching for about 25 minutes, 'found ' the first bottle behind the bar. One waiter on a Saturday night (searching for wine) resulted in slow service. My pasta orecchiette was under-cooked ... less than al dente. The owner apologized and offered to bring a new dish but my partner was well into his meal so I declined. His rigatoni dish was just OK. The hostess apologized for our experience, as did the waiter and we were served a complimentary tiramisu that was good though still partly frozen. The best part of the evening was the jazz trio. Other restaurants in the area with similar pricing serve fresh pasta, have grated parmesan, and their advertised wines are in stock. So disappointed that this new find didn 't work for us."

This is a peaceful restaurant with a lively bar that truly shines during happy hour, offering fantastic specials. The portions are generous, and the drinks made with high-quality liquor are delightful. We've attended four parties there, and the food and service have consistently been outstanding. The menu was unavailable, both in terms of items and prices. We ordered carpaccio, which was mentioned on the menu we received, but were informed that it was no longer available. We also requested a wine that was listed as $8, but ended up being charged $9 on the bill. The pasta for my son was perfectly cooked, while the woman's pasta was overcooked. Overall, it was a mixed experience with both hits and misses.

The hostess insisted I didn't have a reservation vial Open Table and she told me that unless I had a reservation via Open Table the restaurant would be charged for my reservation. I explained to twice that I had a reservation which I made thru OpenTable but I don't think she know how to use the application. I finally had to show her the email but it was a rather unpleasant experience having to deal with her and her attitude. I don't think I will be going back to Coco Pazzo!
