For $20, I couldn't complain! I also picked up some fun badges for the kids and enjoyed the best dinner I've had in a long time. Our server, Brooke, was incredibly sweet.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, but I decided to give it another try today and was lucky enough to be seated in Crystal's section. I really enjoy this Cracker Barrel spot. The service is quick, excellent, and very friendly. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The Southern roasted chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the sides were also flavorful and moist. The prices are fantastic! Keep up the awesome work, Cracker Barrel. I only wish there was a location closer to New York.

Our first visit to the Elkton Cracker Barrel wasn’t too busy. Our server, a wonderful woman managing about 4 to 10 tables, had an impressive memory—she took our orders perfectly without any mix-ups and kept track of everyone nearby. There were a few short waits, especially at the start, but it got busier as we finished. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The ladies working the registers in the Country Store were also very kind, and the manager, who I think was present, was hilarious! Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. View menu

My spouse and I visited Cracker Barrel during the dinner rush at 6:30 pm and were pleasantly surprised to be seated immediately by a welcoming hostess. The staff was efficient, and the restaurant was spotless. Our waitress, Roe, greeted us warmly, making us feel like part of her family. She took our order quickly, and our meals arrived promptly. Roe was attentive throughout, even refilling our drinks without being asked. She was friendly and shared charming stories about her grandchildren. This restaurant went above and beyond our expectations, and Roe, deserving of five gold stars, was the perfect finish to our meal. I highly recommend stopping by and letting Roe take care of you.

Honestly, I visited Cracker Barrel years ago and didn’t enjoy it at all. However, now that I have kids, this restaurant has become a lifesaver. While I still don’t think the food is particularly good, my children love it, and there’s plenty to keep them entertained. The nostalgic candy and toy section appeals to both adults and kids alike. I finally understand its charm—it’s really a family-oriented place. Kid-friendliness: The entertainment value for kids here is excellent.
