The chicken rice bowl was delicious, and the berry blast smoothie was incredibly refreshing.

The smoothie was good but the protein bowl needs work. The salmon bowl is very expensive for what you get which is a small portion of salmon and a huge portion of bland yellow rice. The salmon is very seasoned which is why I'm confused that the rice isn't seasoned at all not even salt on it. It tastes like the cheap Uncle Ben's microwave rice too. Over $27 for a protein bowl and a smoothie is definitely too much. Good luck.

Clean, fresh, and made to order!Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here! The place is clean and bright! The owner was very friendly and welcoming and obviously takes a lot of pride in ensuring that he is offering nutritious and natural food options for his customers. He also instills a very positive vibe throughout the café and even puts a sweet, handwritten note of positivity on every drink order. We each had one of the lemonades and a salmon bowl. Everything was delicious and fresh. It was so nice to find a healthy and filling option for lunch that even has vegetarian and gluten free offerings here in Valdosta. Will definitely be back!

I'm only in the area once a week but I had been looking for a real fruit smoothie with flavor. I have found it with creations. The owner was in and took my order, he was kind and made the best smoothie I've ever had. I had fun checking out the wall which they let customers sign like a guest book. Store was clean and simply put together, just like I like my smoothies. I chose the berry blast, sooo delicious. I really hope this place is getting there name out there because we need places like this. Small businesses using real ingredients that care about the people in the towns they serve.
