"I normally go to eat breakfast at this place twice a week since it was one of my favorite spots. Earlier this morning, I found a hair I 'm my food underneath my English muffin, which wasn 't the issue. I understand since I worked in the industry myself. The issue I have is how the manager Lisa handled the whole situation. Not once did she come and apologize, or check in on us to see if she can accommodate anything else, I asked our server if I could please speak to the manager, and when she finally came to speak to me she basically said that the hair could of been mine and they can 't do or take the meal off the check, I explained to her that I didn 't want the meal off my check, I just couldn 't believe how un professional a manager could be and not check in their customers . She made it out to seem as if I was looking for a free meal? LISA definitely should not be working in the industry if she doesn 't have any good customer service skills. I will definitely be taking my complaint to the better business burial"
