"Love this turo-turo (point-point) joint! Yummy traditional Filipino food. The -silog breakfasts are good and very inexpensive!!! The other hot foods in the hot trays are good too. Sisig, b-stek, mechado, lechon kawali, sinigang, mungo, are some of my favs. I would have given 5 stars but they need to redo the bathrooms. Bathroom is old and dingy. It would be even better if they had separate ones for men woman. It was awful, and I didn't want to use it. It was good that I ate first and had washed my hands prior (in my car, I keep water, wipes, etc), otherwise I would have lost my appetite!!! But other than that, the food is good. I always get food to go whenever I have a doctor's appt at the nearby Kaiser!!!!!"

Food is actually good, but way to greasy for me. If they spend the time to take out the fat and grease...food would be really good.

Good quick filipino breakfast (takeout only). I always get one of each the tocino and the longanisa, both include rice fried egg over easy.

This is a Filipino point-point eatery. Just point at the food you want, I love this place, home cooked meals dine in or togo. Ask for soup with your meal and enjoy. View menu

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is fantastic and really helps me understand dishes I’m not familiar with. I always take my food to go, and the Poinsett is my absolute favorite!

This Filipino dine-in establishment serve dishes (80% prepared from a couple days ago reheated if not sold the day it was cooked. I am surprised nobody has reported this to the health department of the city.

Food is good, breakfast specials are a great value. The staff is nice, helpful as always. Two reasons my rating isn't higher; first, many of the bench seats are torn up and it is starting to look really run down. Second, dinner special is good, but often the only things left to eat are pork. View menu

The quality, quantity, and affordability of the food here create a winning combination. If you have a better idea for running a successful restaurant, feel free to share it with those who might benefit. Otherwise, you'll definitely want to support this establishment. You won't be disappointed!

The fried fish is at its best when freshly cooked, and that's what I primarily come here for. Unfortunately, the fish isn't always fresh, which is why I don't visit as often as I would like. However, their breakfast specials are unbeatable, making it a great spot for a Filipino breakfast. It's one of the few places that serve breakfast, and they do offer free soup, but you have to remember to ask for it.
