"I asked to speak to a manager about a order I placed! First time ordering from you and will never again your employee refused to let me speak to manager he said no one was there. He had no answers about anything I asked so why is he even there by himself? I placed a doordash order they didn’t give me the option to order a ranch packet. So I called asked the employee if I can pay for one and he place it in my order. He said he knew nothing about DoorDash that he just worked there. So I asked to speak to a manager who would know and be able To assist me. Needless to say I canceled my DoorDash order and won’t be trying you again.Reply to owner: this is sad your a liar! You told me to contact DoorDash so I did exactly that and I told DoorDash to cancel my order and that’s exactly what they did glad to see it affected you and no one got anything free I got MY money back! And funny how your there but wanted to lie and say “I’m just an employee I just work here” your lazy and I never tried to get anything free I asked u twice if I could pay for it but you couldn’t be bothered so please grow up. And your childish because you called my phone blocked twice saying nasty things like I didn’t know it was you then proceeded to call me 3 more times! Heads up this is not how you run a business."

Da Vinci's went above and beyond to help us when our pizza was stolen by a third-party delivery service. As a nurse working the night shift with limited food options and throwing a party tonight, I truly appreciated their efforts to make sure we received our pizza. The service was outstanding, and the taste was even better! Thank you so much!

I'm an uber driver and when I arrived the order wasn't ready. The gentleman explained that it hasn't been working right and will be about 10 minutes. I totally understand.
