I always liked Dickey's BBQ but this ordering experience sucked! Do NOT order from this location! This is a hub carrying dishes from dozens of restaurants, not an actual restaurant. When I went to pick up the order, the staff told me that the order is not showing up in the system. Even though I showed her the email receipt, she still refused to prepare the order. What a cluster!!! I wish I can give zero star for this review.

Best BBQ in Chicago! The customer service is excellent, and the sandwiches are fantastic. However, I do have some feedback. On my first two orders, the sandwiches came with about two tablespoons of slaw and two pickles. On my next order, I requested to have the pickles and slaw on the sandwich itself, but I was told it was an add-on. There's no option for that in the app. It would be great if you could update the app to reflect the delicious-looking sandwiches that are pictured! View menu
