"I placed an order through Uber Eats yesterday and ended up receiving someone else's meal. When I reached out to Uber for help, they informed me that they couldn't assist and that the driver was unable to return. Since I was at work, I couldn't leave to resolve the situation. I then called Dirty Bird to explain that I had received the wrong order, but the person on the other end simply acknowledged the mistake and hung up on me. When I called back, he told me he had just arrived and could do nothing to help. The customer service was really disappointing; I even asked to speak with a manager, but they said there wasn’t one available. Overall, it was quite frustrating."

I ordered the sweet heat sandwich with mac and cheese and seasoned beans. The sandwich was incredible—absolutely exquisite! Everything was delicious. The food is fantastic. You definitely need to visit this place; I highly recommend it!

oh my LAWD. This place is soo delicious. Hot, crispy seasoned chicken on a soft, fluffy waffle with sweet sauce. It's literally perfection. Maybe take some blood pressure medicine before hand lol. Tiny little hole in the wall place but you'd never tell by the food they pump out. View menu

This review is from the Erie County Fair 2023. I tried the Chicken coup loaded potatoes. 8/10They were pretty good! The dish was a huge portion, enough to share between 2-4 people. The potatoes were cooked great, they had a good flavor by themselves, but I really wish they were cut smaller into more of a bite size. The chicken was amazing, but definitely not enough in the dish. The boom boom sauce was also amazing, but again, not enough in the dish.

The food is consistently a perfect 10/10! The prices are reasonable, so I have no complaints in that department. However, I have encountered some staff members who were a bit questionable—rude and even misleading about the hours, which made for a strange experience at times. Despite that, I truly love this place! The fried Oreos are a must-try and definitely keep me coming back for more! Just a heads up: there isn't space to dine inside, as it's quite cramped. Still, I would recommend this restaurant to my family, and I have done so. As for parking, there are only about three spots available in front, and it's adjacent to a busy bar, which can make it tricky.
