"I really don’t think the manager Josh has a clue what he’s doing over there. The last two times we’ve ordered they’ve messed it up completely. Last time they forgot a pizza, our marinara sauces, Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers. After calling them they brought us the Parmesan cheese and one sauce when we ordered several and forgot the pizza and crushed red peppers. This time they brought us 3 pizzas and Parmesan bread bites with absolutely no marinara sauce and then when I called he said he could add a 2 litter for the 2 Parmesan cheese they forgot and the 5 marinaras and the crushed red peppers, when the driver showed back up he brought two things of marinara a few things of crushed red peppers and informed me that his manager neglected to mention he was supposed to grab a 2 litter of coke that he offered and I even said it wasn’t necessary but he insisted over the phone. We didn’t order here for over two months for a reason and this was a prime example of why we won’t get dominos again. We paid for extra sauce to be added on to the pizzas and they are dry as can be. Sad that pour management has to ruin a place for you and your family."

I have never had problems with dominos, so when I got my order and the 16 pieces chicken bites was the size of pennies and the 2 pizzas cold, I cried and cudos to the staff in xenia they did it right and had our order, hot and perfect. therefore I will always be a Domino customer

I came in to pick up my orders and a lady employee named Sam or Samantha was very rude. She threw my change back at me . I also witnessed her cussing out an other employee that was a minor . If this is how managers or customer service reps are gonna treat customers and minor employees then you lost my services. I’m sure there’s plenty more customers that would agree!
