"The tortas here are delicious, but unfortunately, the poor service from the cashiers and cooks really detracts from the experience. I arrived 20 minutes early, hoping to dine in after coming from work, but the cashiers immediately informed me that they only offered dine-in options if I was willing to wait 20 minutes. I decided to place a to-go order instead, but before I left, I needed to use the restroom. As I walked towards it, which is located next to the kitchen, I overheard the cook swearing because he had already finished putting everything away. It's really a shame..."

The fold is amazing but the new cashier u guys have there has a horrible attitude she has dark hair with little diamonds in her eye as her makeup with big eyelashes and a down ponytail. Her attitude is horrible

Dont hate the place, but wont be patronizing it after over 15 years of doing so. I used to visit the spot on cermak, and then on 26th st and when the Kedzie spot opened up, it was one of the few places i went to that only took cash and no debit cards… the food is the best…but when ur not appreciated and are treated like an inconvenience by the cashier and other employees, its time to find the next spot…
