"I had never been to this restaurant before, so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, which was nice. However, after waiting a couple of minutes, a member of staff in the back had to ask someone to come ring me up. The person who came to help me had a bad attitude and complained that nobody else could do anything besides her. Additionally, she was visibly sick and wiped her nose before handling my food without washing her hands. This was a very unpleasant experience for my first time there. If you are not committed to providing good customer service, then you should not be working there. I ended up cancelling my order and leaving, and as I did so, the staff member made rude comments under her breath about me. This was extremely unprofessional."
