"We checked in around midnight and were assigned a room on the top floor of Building 5, facing the parking lot. Considering we were carrying multiple suitcases and bags, the distance from the front desk was quite a hike. There were many empty rooms we passed along the way that could have been more convenient for us, but we were too tired from spending 13 hours at the airport to request a room change. Upon entering the room, we were immediately appalled by its cleanliness. Everything seemed dingy, and it had a musty smell. There was leftover trash from the previous guest in the bathroom, and we found hairballs in both the shower and behind the bathroom door. Normally, I would have asked for a room change, but it was late, and I just wanted to lie down for a bit. At 12:24 a.m., someone started banging loudly on our hotel door, startling us. My husband quickly got out of bed to see who it was, and a uniformed man claimed he needed to “change our batteries.” Confused, my husband firmly told him to leave, which he did. I promptly called the front desk to report the incident, but no one answered. My husband and I were anxious and kept trying to get through—he called from his mobile while I continued to try the hotel phone. Eventually, someone answered, and when I explained what had just happened, the clerk nonchalantly informed me that they received a call about our door being broken and sent maintenance. I was baffled; we had never reported a faulty door. I expressed our fear over the situation, but the receptionist seemed indifferent and simply noted that our door was functioning properly, showing little concern for how unsettled we were. If there truly was a maintenance issue, why wouldn’t the person knock gently and announce themselves, especially at that time of night? Clearly, we were in the middle of the night, which indicated the door was working fine. After the incident, my husband and I barricaded the door with our heavy suitcases and a chair, but we still couldn't sleep. In the end, we checked out around 4 a.m. and returned to the airport out of sheer anxiety. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."

A decent hotel that served its purpose when visiting the theme parks. Rooms are adequate if a little dated and in need of renovation. Biggest issue was finding parking whilst staying in the tower. And the fact that someone set off the fire alarm on our first night!

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic! They went out of their way to ensure that my wife, our little corgi, and I had a wonderful experience. They were always helpful and attentive, which made our visit so much more enjoyable. They even filled our dog's water bowl while we were away! Incredible staff; I would definitely return here again!

Not only was this location great for families, but the staff made it feel welcome and charming. I received consistent texts about my stay and how I could have a better stay. Close proximity to all of the resorts/ restaurant/ park areas makes this a must. The only drawback for me was the limiting parking for the hotel tower. Otherwise, this was a magical stay with a delightful team.

Overall, the room was good. However, the shower's door was slightly misaligned, so water kept coming out whenever I took a shower. The TV is definitely aged, had spots of what seems to be LCD damage though it didn't bother me too much as I had other means for entertainment.Parking was overall good, there was only one night where I couldn't park anywhere close to my assigned building, lots of convenient stores around restaurants. This is an awesome place to stay! I loved it here. We stayed in a suite. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the tower, they tried putting us there first but it smelled and it wasn’t the type of room we reserved so we moved to the suite. There are a few pools at this hotel. The main pool was crowded so we went to the back pool and it was great! Music playing, free towels, clean pool! They have a free breakfast bar/buffet and it was awesome! Definitely will be back here

I stayed at this hotel on the last night of my vacation since I was returning my car to the Advantage car rental nearby. It was very convenient and close to the airport, making the Uber fare quite reasonable. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. The only downside was locating my room; it was in a separate building, and despite being numbered 2018, it wasn't on the second floor. This information would have been helpful. Overall, I had a great stay, and the pizza from the restaurant was delicious!

The hotel's location was fantastic, and the unlimited free buffet, along with an upgrade to additional options for just $15 per adult (with kids eating free), was a real highlight. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the adults appreciated the bar. However, I did notice that the hotel rooms could use some updates. When I arrived at my room, I found a few strands of hair in the tub, some brown residue in the toilet, and hair in the sink. Additionally, one of our rooms was not ready even though we arrived an hour after check-in. I believe that if the hotel is going to update common areas, the rooms should be included as well. Because one of our rooms wasn't ready upon check-in, th... View menu

The room itself was lovely, though the hotel is older. We had a slow-draining shower, but when I asked for it to be fixed, maintenance responded almost immediately. Parking was a bit of a hassle considering the cost, and I brought my own toiletries but unfortunately found there was not a single shelf in the shower for personal items. Breakfast was somewhat lacking. I regretted not signing up for Hilton Honors years ago, as my membership level is not very high. The breakfast options included muffins, toast, waffles, and likely powdered eggs, or you could pay extra for upgrades. Since we had dining reservations nearly every day at Disney, I didn’t mind too much. The on-site pizza wasn’t grea...

After another 40 minutes, they finally found us a room. We quickly went to dinner and returned to a nice, clean room. However, I spent 2.5 hours trying to get the air conditioning to work. I called the front desk, and after two requests, they sent someone to help. The young man who arrived attempted multiple fixes, but nothing worked. He then called the front desk to say the AC was broken and could not be repaired. The manager reached out to us about moving to another room in a different part of the building, but I refused because it wasn’t the same room I had booked, and I did not want to be in an elevator due to my claustrophobia. The manager insisted that was all that was available, and a...
