"I visited Drink for a private event and had an amazing experience! I especially loved the raw bar and the custom cocktails/mocktails.It seems like the raw bar is only for private events, but I'll still leave my thoughts here in case it's helpful for anyone. The oysters are delicious, as are the oysters with caviar (but oysters are already so briny, so do you really need caviar? . They come with the usual mignonette and cocktail sauces. The shrimp cocktail had such plump and juicy shrimp, 10/10. Definitely the highlight of the visit. We tried 5 different cocktails, 4 of which were crafted after we described what we were looking for (sweet, fruity, sparkly; green and sweet; berry and sweet . They were mostly quite good, and showed me that red/orange cocktails usually taste better than green ones. The cocktail highlight of the night was the enzoni, but with Aperol instead of Campari and strawberries instead of grapes. That was a killer drink that everyone loved. So sweet and delicious, like strawberry lemonade. We also had a tiki drink mocktail which had coconut cream, passionfruit, grapefruit, among other things. Definitely the best mocktail we've ever had. Would definitely want to get this again. The bartenders were amazing lots of fun, attentive, and knowledgable. Quick rundown of the hot foods we triedGood stuff: Fries were thick, hot, and delicious Churros were addictively good, though not the typical texture (quite soft inside and they were falling apart Smoked salmon tea sandwiches were quite good with soft breadOk stuff: Shishitos could have had more seasoning Mixed fried seafood could have used more salt Pretzel bites were a bit dry and not as soft as I would like. Cheese sauce is nice and salty.Meh stuff: Chicken wings had a sauce that was too acidic Black truffle fritter was unremarkableOf course, I don't know how much the cocktails cost since it was a private event, but we had such a fun time here so if I ever wanted to go to a cocktail bar, I would come here again!"
