Duck Donuts - Menu

Well all I can say is AWESOME!!! The staff (Samantha and Kerry) were very polite and helpful in ordering... and the donut making caught my son's eyes off the bat! All in all... 2nd runner up to Krispy Kreme.

I love duck donuts and usually have no problem. But as I am still waiting for my order after 30 minutes I still don't have it. I stop at the one on Ramsey st. I think I'll have to rethink it next time I'm in town.

I tried the peanut butter glazed donut along with the chocolate pizza, and they were wonderfully sweet and gooey. We also sampled the birthday cake smoothie, which tasted exactly like a cake packed with sprinkles. Additionally, the service we received was outstanding. View menu

I was the only customer in the store on a Saturday morning. I had to wait for them to mix the dough, cook the donuts, and restock their shelves. When I asked for a refund, they finally began making my donuts. It was clear that they didn’t care about the customers waiting in their store.

We placed an order for a dozen doughnuts at 10:52am and by 11:52am they had yet to start on our order. So we asked for our money back and left with no doughnuts in hand. It seemed like the woman working was training a new employee, which I understand takes time. However, management should have staffed appropriately for training new employees on a Sunday morning.

If the service here continues like what I experienced today this place will not be around very long. Travis was listed as my cashier and he is as rude and un-inviting as person as you can imagine. Mumbling and projecting an attitude of absolutely notcaring if you order or not is what will lead to their demise. I have never reviewed a place but this is ridiculous. The product is 100% 5 stars but the customer service is in the negatives. Walked into an empty store for 1 milkshake and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes for that milkshake. I watched 24 donuts and amocha made before a single milkshake. Employee was clearly under the influence. I would rather go to the food lion for shelfKrispy Kreme than return to this establishment.

Delicious donuts made fresh to order! The lightweight batter is hard to beat, and the endless customization options are a huge plus. It's wonderful to support a local business based in North Carolina. I miss their holiday drip coffee, but I really enjoyed the themed assortment I picked up today! One last thing—be careful not to look up. The fans and air ducts could use a good dusting. It’s a bit concerning, to be honest, and I wouldn’t mention it if it wasn’t necessary (not pictured out of respect; I know it could happen anywhere).

I've tried plenty of donuts before, and many have been compared to Duck Donuts, but this was my first visit there. I can confidently say that they are in a league of their own! The inventive flavor combinations and additional options are impressive. Everything is made fresh and served hot. The apple pie donut was fantastic, and the coffee cake was delightful as well. However, the true standout for me was the powdered cinnamon and sugar – it takes a simple donut to a whole new level. I could easily devour an entire box and still be happy! The coffee was also excellent. We’ll definitely be returning! That’s a promise. View menu
