Dunkin' - Menu

I have never left a Dunkin' so furious in my life. This place should be shut down completely.

I grab my coffee and a donut every Friday. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always get my order right.

The restaurant closed 20 minutes earlier than its scheduled time, and the woman with black hair was very rude. There are plenty of other Dunkin locations to choose from. Service: 1/5.

The best Dunkin's in town... They always get it perfect every time. The drive through is a little difficult to understand at first but the service is fast, friendly and accurate, I don't go to any other Dunkin's around!

People at this point are always so nice and friendly. (Next to the fact that they definitely know what they do when it comes to making coffee.) The drive-thru staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, making it a refreshing experience—much like their coffee! The route to get there is a bit unconventional; you have to navigate around the building, and we weren't sure if we were going the right way. However, there are arrows that clearly indicate the correct path, so just follow those!

While I understand that employees aren’t obligated to fulfill my request, there was no one else in line, and I even had my receipt as proof of my order. A little kindness goes a long way, and if that's too much to ask for, a harsh and rude response is certainly not the way to handle it! Coming from someone who works in customer service, I have always found the staff at that location to be friendly—until today, that is! Not wanting to argue, I just decided to purchase the drink again and left.

Adian is fantastic! He's exceptional at what he does, and I hope the management recognizes his talent. He recommended the avocado toast to me during my last visit, and ever since then, I've been hooked. Nobody makes it like he does! Every time I've ordered it from different places, it's been soggy, loaded with greasy bacon, and has too much avocado. The packaging is always messy with grease and avocado. But Adian's creation is on another level! He should definitely train others on how to prepare food. He's impressive, and I can't wait to go back for more!
