Went there for a brunch with my wife. I took an americano and burrito. She took eggs Benedict. A good time to wake up on a Saturday morning. Nice staff

Fantastic egg sandwiches but so-so chicken tenders and unexpectedly uninspiring hash browns. Most wonderful velvety eggs on their sandwiches. Some may prefer adding aeoli to them

Make a reservation if you are going during peak times. It does require a credit card. But it’s a small place and gets busy. While waiting I overheard they were out of truffle hash browns. Was so sad but decided to stay and wait. Then right before we were seated she came out and said they have truffle hash browns again! They were worth it. If you like truffle. Was able to get a reservation for 2pm brunch, my two friends loved their white russians, and i liked my cappuccino. The munchkins were warm and tasty, and sadly they were out of the truffle hashbrowns and regular (it was 2pm on a sunday. Makes sense). My friends got the chilaquiles and the avo egg and cheese and like them, i had the benedict and it was pretty good! I would come back, but not sure it is hype worthy. The food was good not mindblowing.

I paid $50 for three breakfast sandwiches to go and needed to wait 30+ minutes for them to be ready… by the time I opened them to eat, my bagel was burnt. For the namesake being “egg shop”, the sandwiches totally sucked. They didn't carry well and the cooks managed to screw up their staple egg sandwich. Nothing against the service, but this place is quite honestly overpriced and overhyped. You could easily go to Dunkin Donuts and save yourself the hassle, with regard to both time AND money.

Early brunch for two Spanish I recommend that you book in advance, because you run the risk of arriving and not having a table, especially on weekends. We ordered: Two coffees with whole latte. BLT Benedict: The king's dish, we couldn't leave without trying them. My plus one let me try them and I was amazed. If you like them, you can't go wrong.
