"If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! I was pleasantly surprised to discover a spot that surpasses the infamous carne asada burrito. So far, I've tried the Tacos de Canasta, which are definitely my favorites, and the Pambazo was absolutely delicious. The Pozole was really good, and the Quesadillas and Huaraches are not far behind. I've sampled many, if not all, of the so-called Mexican restaurants in the area, and I finally have a favorite. I can tell they prepare everything from scratch, as the same team that used to operate a popular weekend spot is now cooking right in front at this venue. It's a fantastic place!"

The giant taco thing was really good, also I’ve never tried moldy corn before, but it was good

They serve my favorite chilaquiles verdes with carne asada. Unfortunately, they were out of asada, so they suggested I try milanes de res instead. To my surprise, it tasted even better! I loved it!

I’m giving 5 stars because of the great service at 11:30 PM. The tacos dorados were pretty good. I thought the beans were especially good. The complimentary chips were nice. Overall a pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We tried the Chorizo Huarache and a Cuban Torta, and they were both amazing! The service was very friendly, and the place was clean. I would definitely return!

This place is great! It is truly authentic and good tasting Mexican cuisine. The Papas con chorizo tacos de canasta are super tasty and lots and the Tinga Quesadillas are not to be missed. This is definitely the best Mexican food I found in the city. View menu

Worst “Mexican” restaurant in Provo. We went in the restaurant and made the order. They took more than an hour to give us the food and worse of all, food was horrible and tasted really bad. The service is very poor and the cashier’s attitude is very unprofessional. Definitely not recommended at all and save your money for a better restaurant and better service and food.

I visited El Huarache Sabroson for lunch and tried the Torta Cubana. It's a cozy little Chilango-Mexican restaurant. If you're looking for a hearty torta, this is the one for you! It comes with milanesa, ham, slices of fried hotdog, egg, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and some pickled jalapeños and carrots. I'm still getting acquainted with the world of tortas, but I really enjoyed this one. Definitely give them a visit if you're in the area; they're located next to Rancho Markets in Provo. #thisishowichow @elhuarachesabrosonprovo

"I feel torn on what to review Spicy Thai.. I had been years ago and remembered it being good. I came with some friends on a Friday evening. The restaurant was packed! We waited about 10 minutes before a table was ready no big deal. Our waiter took awhile to come and ask us what we wanted to drink. We browsed the menu and knew quickly what we all wanted to order. It took around 15 minutes for our waiter to come back after giving us our drinks and order our food. My husband and I ordered the egg rolls, pad Thai, and massman curry. The appetizer took around 20 minutes to come out, followed by the food about 20 more minutes. I know that it was a Friday night but the restaurant isn't that big. I don't know why it took so long to get our drinks and food. Our waiter brought the food and brought us the wrong curry. We had to ask for our massman curry. It was shortly brought out with no apology. The eggs rolls were tasty. They were very hot and full of filling. The chili sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and heat. The pad Thai was very good. It was a very generous portion and full of chicken which was a great surprise. The peanuts added a good texture. I was very impressed with this. The massman curry was only okay. It wasn't that flavorful and tasted like it was lacking or missing something. I did appreciate how much chicken was in it but would've liked to see more carrots and potatoes. The rice was cooked well. The food was nice and hot when it came out. It was very fresh. The reason for the three stars in the service. As mentioned above, it took awhile for all the food to come out. Our drinks were never refilled. After we got our food, our waiter never checked on us. We finished eating and had to ask a different waiter for boxes and our checks. The service needs to improve. I will be back for the food though."
