"We love Sweet Hazel so much that we arrived at 5:00 to get there in time for a late lunch to break our long trip. Seriously, they're so good that when we saw that they close at 4:00 on Sunday, we knew it was worth standing up super early. The food was as amazing as our memories that made me wake up with anticipation before the 5am alarm!! Original review: This place exceeded our expectations and was so good that we bought take away so we could enjoy more of their ingenious 100% vegan food. Super close to I 15 so easy for people who were through the SLC area on a road trip that we were. I had the special that was a faux chicken picatta that was from this world... Just like my mother used to do, but healthy instead of coated in butter! The dessert options are incredible and we tried a cake, Canolli and got an imposter 3 Musketeers Bar and Samoa Bar to go. "I really wanted to love this place. The staff is so friendly and very kind. It just didn?t live up to the hype of the other reviews for us. The good- the pizza was ready very close to the time we were told and since it was a few minutes late theyoffered us a soda. The staff was friendly and made my husband feel welcome as he picked up the food. As for the pizza, this wasvery mediocre with almost a strong oil taste that was off putting. I think the it was on the crust because we pulled off thetoppings and they were ok. For people saying this is better than the pie or the best in town, we didn?t think so but we didn?thate it. We?re probably going to give it another try just in case we maybe hit it on a bad night. I?ll update my review when wedo."

"Expert review: The complete baleada of Catrachos is a delicious and filling dish that is perfect for any time of the day. The flour tortilla is soft and fluffy, and the combination of the different ingredients is simply irresistible. The meat, whether chicken, beef or pork, is juicy and flavorful. The melted cheese adds a creamy touch, the avocado is fresh and creamy, the chorizo is spicy and flavorful, the scrambled egg is fluffy, and the beans are tender and flavorful. However, I think the dish could be improved if the flavors were better integrated. In my opinion, the dish is served with little salt, which makes the flavors a bit dull. To enhance the flavors, I had to add sauces and seasonings. If the Catrachos restaurant could improve the integration of flavors, it would be a perfect 5-star dish. Parking: Depending on the time of day, there are times when the parking lot is full and it is difficult to find where to park your car."

"As a southeast Asian person who loves spicy food and can handle extreme heat, I was very disgusted and incredibly angered/annoyed when the white server thought it was within her right do deny the level 5 spice for my papaya salad, claiming that she cannot serve it, unless you have eaten our level 3 and 4 and even going as far as saying that it was their store policy not to serve customers level 5. She then proceeded to give me attitude as she served the salad which was not spicy at all, and had the nerve to charge an extra $2 for one pinch of chili powder which barely enhanced the dish for me. Besides that, the restaurant was quite decent and the dishes were of good quality and proportion. Love supporting local Asian businesses and I hope that they can find better wait staff who are less obnoxious colonizers. (overheard it was her last day so good riddance!"

"I would give Soy a 5 stars if the service was absolutely amazing. The food was amazing and the chef was great, I would say the best sushi I ever had in Utah. However, their service definitely needs some improvements. Our waitress was sweet and checked on our food and everything but after we finished our food she was rush to give us a check as if we need to leave asap. Mind you we were the only table in the restaurant at 5pm I don't see whats the rush when we haven't finish our half bottles of beer yet. I would recommend the owner or the manager to train your staff to be more friendly and accommodating to the customers. Otherwise, this restaurant is amazing, food is great and not to mention, their Japanese beverage section would blow your mind!"
