"Over the years, the menu has seen some changes (I've been coming here for more than a decade), but the quality and consistency have remained above average. A good diner often has a wait at the door on weekends, and Emily's is no exception. The staff work hard to seat customers as quickly as possible, but be prepared to wait around 10-15 minutes during busy times. The staff is typically very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Many have been here for years, while others are newer, but they all know the menu well and are happy to assist with any questions about allergies or food preparation. My father-in-law loves Emily's so much that he insists we come here at least once (if not more) whenever he visits. They’ve recently begun accepting credit cards and also offer takeout, which usually takes about 15-25 minutes from the time you call. The diner is very kid-friendly, with coloring books and crayons available, booster seats, and enough space between tables to accommodate car seats and toys on the floor. If you're visiting in the summer, be sure to save room for ice cream! The portions are just as generous as the breakfast offerings, and who can resist a little extra ice cream?"

The food here is fantastic and the prices are excellent! However, I've had some issues with their hours. They don't actually stay open until 2; the kitchen closes at 1:45. I've unfortunately left feeling disappointed more than once because of this.

Enjoyed my breakfast of eggs, sausage and a pancake. It was definetly worth the wait. Prices are reasonable. My only gripe was my food wasn't overly hot. It was extremely busy. I will definetly try Emily's again.December 8- As promised, I gave Emily's a second try and was not disappointed. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious. I had the Olympus omlet with hashbrowns and toast. We were seated as soon as we entered the building. Our food was ready within a few minutes. Give Emily's a try. Very homy atmosphere , prices are comparable and the staff is friendly. Will definitely eat here again.
