I’m not worried about it, but some folks could be worried about it.It’s pretty decent for price, I think. Chicken’s usually more on the dry side, but it’s fast food so it’s not that big of a concern.One other tiny detail is that there is no salt and pepper in the utensil packet. This is also not a deal breaker, but it’s good to know.Just today, these noodles are disappointing. I ordered “creamy basil penne.” Many noodles don’t have anything, and it’s not really saucy at all.Parking: The spaces are narrow. If you have a big ol’ truck, park on the edge of the lot. Food was very good for the price, had a little difficulty ordering in drive thru but staff made it correct at window. Just a little extra time to get order correct.

Every time we've done, take out, we have found it a little dry. They need to put more sauce on everything. It's like they are only allowed to put one ladle of sauce on anything.

I walked in expecting a more traditional restaurant atmosphere, but it turned out to be more of a fast food Italian place. The portions are quite generous. The food is decent, and they call out your number for service, which adds to the casual vibe.

I don't know what is going on with this place but it seems like every time I visit this location I am stuck in the slowest drive thru in Waco. I was there for 25 minutes today and after all that wait the pizza wasn't even fully cooked and had to throw that away.

The fazolis in Waco dr is far better than the one near Baylor. The service And , food, always is great I like to order online and then go pick up it always seems faster than way because when you order through the drive through it takes longer because the food comes out fresh (which is a good thing). For a self-service restaurant, this place is decent. The Italian food is simple but satisfying. While it may not be anything extraordinary, it's filling and reasonably priced, especially considering the portion sizes. It’s good comfort food at a fair price. I do wish the person taking my order had mentioned the Thursday special while I was ordering; I didn't realize it was a special and ended up paying full price. Just a tip—make sure to check the sign before placing your order. Lesson learned!

On a positive note, we both found the food to be tasty and the portions generous. I ordered the chicken parmigiana, my wife opted for the gluten-free pesto pasta, and we took home some fettuccine Alfredo. All dishes were quite flavorful. For $10 each, we received a much better meal than what you'd find at most fast food chains. Next time, I'll probably choose to order everything to go to avoid the dirty tables and utensils. Unless the management addresses these cleanliness issues, we likely won't dine in again.
