"The ambiance was very cozy—it's a clean establishment with a private feel, even when we were there with a group of six. The staff was friendly, and although our waiter didn't seem too focused on entertainment, he was still attentive. One thing to note is the pricing. Think of it as a steakhouse rather than fast food. While it wasn't overly expensive, it is pricier than many other places. For reference, my meal was around $15, and a friend of mine had a bill of about $50 for filet mignon. So, it’s definitely on the higher end compared to most local restaurants. There is a bar, but I can't comment on the quality of the mixed drinks since I don't drink for religious reasons. However, a friend of mine seemed to enjoy his drink. Also, there are seating options in another room away from the bar for those who prefer a non-alcoholic environment. In summary, this place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for a nice meal or if you're looking for a specific atmosphere. I would gladly return and recommend giving it a try."

"Great food but they've messed up my order twice now in a week... I try not to make anything complicated when ordering and I never ever ever am rude to a fast food employee... most of the time I won't leave any negative reviews on anything like this... but the Manger today was so rude. They got my shake wrong through the drive through, which is totally understandable for how busy they were and mistakes happen. I took the shake and receipt back in to exchange it for the right one and I was super nice and trying to be understanding but the manager who I spoke to, who was running register at the time, was so rude no matter my apology as well. There's no need to be rude... I don't understand why people wanna be this way."

"Wow! What an experience! I ordered a 12 piece family meal. Half of the chicken was suppose to be crispy and half original. I got 2 wings and 1 leg that was crispy. Next, I didn’t receive one of my sides of mashed potatoes, but they didn’t fail to give me the 2 gravy’s to go along with it. When I tell you that the gravy was burnt flour water, I would swear on it! I poured the liquid water gravy down the drain (black and no texture at all). Oh, and the half gallon drink bag they gave me with Dr.Pepper in it was not sealed well and I had a 30 minute mess cleaning up Dr. Pepper… uhh, for $40 I could have bought my family McDonald’s and avoided all of that mess… Never again KFC!"

"We were visiting town on vacation and a local recommended Chiricos. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is softly lit and warm. There was plenty of room. Our server Kristen was awesome! So nice and welcoming and attentive. I had the lasagne and my husband ordered a pizza. Both were delicious! The breadsticks were warm and fresh and buttery, I could eat just them and be satisfied. I'll drive 5 hours again just to come back here Parking: Parking is in back of the building, down a short alley. There are signs"

"I discovered Burgern in Pikeville through Google while visiting the area, and I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I ordered a smashburger, onion rings, and a shake, and everything was fantastic. It's clear that this is a favorite spot for the locals, and the staff were very friendly. It brought back memories from my childhood. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!"
