"we were very satisfied with our choice to dinner in the Peruvian restaurant of gabby. it was a perfect stop after the Mother's Day in botanica. it doesn't look like much from the outside, but we were from the excellent eating, friendly and attentive staff, and the beautiful decor whatever. that was our first taste to eat in Peruvian and we loved it. fresh aromen and new food to try. the marinated bark hearts were cooked to perfection and had a wonderful marinade, along with the boiled kartoffels. the hearty bark stew of my manne was very tasteful with a beautiful Zilantro sauce, bud and sweet. I had the black chicharron and enjoyed the seasonal and fried yucca. my only criticism is, it was a little dry and could have used the Zilantro sauce for diving. the desserts looked fantastic and I'll leave next time for the tres leches cake. we will definitely come back."

"As a Gluten free couple and myself being only a fish eater (no meat) there are very few quality restaurants my husband and I find that we can truly enjoy in the city of Wichita. Most places do have one or two choices for those with my dietary requirements, but often they seem like an afterthought. The Belmont is now added to our short list of regular places we plan to dine. We met Tory, the owner who sat us to our cozy booth, and immediately began to offer creative GF takes on several of their dishes. I was offered a decontructed bruchetta where the fillings were served on a lettuce plate and in place of some of the meat component was offered a side of nice smoked salmon for protein. I added the olive snack and was delighted with the red and green selection. My husband had the burger (hold the bun) and loved his meal. We splurged on sharing a dish of homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was fresh and tasty! My only suggestion would be to keep some rice or GF flour on hand in the kitchen to possibly offer some of the breaded or fried dishes as GF options. (Yes even with a shared fryer, there are many such as my husband and I who are not celiac who have found shared fryers make no difference) Fully 30% of the public considers themselves GF. It is so easy to get a box of quality GF pasta or sub out some GF or Rice flour to dredge for frying. I find Rice flour to make for a crisper dredge anyway! I truly wish more Wichita restaurants would attempt to provide more varied dishes for us GF restaurant goers. Wouldn't you like 30% of your client base to be thrilled to head your way for good GF dish options? Just offering starchy GF sandwich buns (not what the Belmont does) is not a creative answer."

"This is the only restaurant where I will order hibachi from! I love getting the hibachi steak here and the dipping sauce compliments the vegetables and steak very well. On this occasion, I also ordered takoyaki and a spider roll. I just happened to be extra hungry today. The hibachi steak is a meal in and of itself. They give you a salad and soup prior to the entree which is very pleasant. I really like the atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly. Pro tip: it can get chilly in there sometimes so bring a light jacket if you don?t enjoy the breeze."

"Went for lunch for lunch on our anniversary. They had a specific lunch menu with entrees, salads and sandwiches. Hostess was very courteous and cheerful. I had the roast beef sandwich, and my wife had the chicken bacon club. For sides we had the steak Frittes and Parison potatoes. Everything was excellent! Service was excellent from fast service to water refills. They just started opening for lunch a few weeks ago and need to update their website to reflect that. I would recommend to anyone for lunch or dinner."

"From the moment we arrived, it felt like a journey home. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and it reinforced why we adore this place for special occasions or even just for a casual meal. We had an early reservation in hopes of securing a table off to the side, which greatly enhanced our experience. We appreciated the friendly hostess who accommodated our request. The restaurant has a vibrant and bustling atmosphere, which is enjoyable, but we prefer a quieter spot. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with amazing drinks, wonderful food, and exceptional service!"
