"Stopped in there today to have a lunch with my wife before she had to leave town for a week. She got there about 5 minutes before me. When I walked in she had soda 's (in can 's) for us on the table. After about 5-8 minutes, the waitress stopped by and asked do you need menu 's? She then went to another table and took their menus and brought them to us. She handed me a tri-fold menu, the kind you insert paper into the plastic. Every page on the menu had mold growing inside it. We decided to stay and eat anyway as someone had semi-recommended the place. We sat there and watched the waitress go into the kitchen start cooking the food for the table next to us. From that point, we waited another 15 minutes and never saw her again. Another person got up from a table and proceeded into the kitchen and looked like they work doing some sort of work, but we never had anyone return to take our order. After a total of about 25 minutes we decided to leave as my wife only has an hour for lunch and she had driven 10 minutes to meet me there. I understand being short handed but you still have to at least acknowledge people or explain what 's happening. There were only a total of three tables in the place including us; maybe 12 people total and we never got an order taken... Will not return after the combination of NO service and moldy menus. If their menus look like that, I shiver to think what their kitchen looks like..."

Be cautious with your receipts! They tend to charge whatever tip they choose to your card, regardless of what you write on the slip. Keep an eye on your receipts and check your bank statements to ensure everything matches. Unfortunately, mine didn't!

The fries were greasy and barely warm. I tried a couple of samples from the serving, and I regretted taking the server's recommendation on those fries. To make matters worse, two different regular customers were coughing repeatedly without covering their mouths, which was quite off-putting. Overall, I definitely won’t be returning. Such a nice little dive bar! The bartenders are very nice and on top of things. Seems like the place to be in parma- very nice, fun, exciting atmosphere with lots of happy people. My favorite item to get here is there pizza and french fries, they are seriously amazing! Plus, you cant resist getting a cold beer or liquor at these low prices. Plenty of space to eat whether your group is small or large. Also, there is a smoking room for those who smoke cigarettes and do not want to stand in the cold/rain/snow which is unique touch. I use to love this place. Went there last night and it was horrible! Little kids were in the bar after 10pm with drunk custodians, bothering patrons. Seemed most people were walking behind the bar and grabbing their own drinks and doing whatever they wanted (No workers either, camera footage will show, if owner wanna see it). Food was horrible. I literally threw up in the bathroom because of it. Tried to listen to music but couldn't hear it. Was told I could only order pizza or deep fried food but then watched other customers order and receive burgers and fries. Very unprofessional business.
