This was my first time at Flos and is definitely NOT the last! Our food was absolutely delicious! The best Chinese food I ever had. I'll stop there on the way out of town, it was so good! The restaurant is really clean and super sweet! Love it! View menu

Enjoyed Flo's very much. Very friendly service and excellent food especially the potstickers spring rolls lettuce cups the dessert (it was like a fried dough with chocolate.... amazing! I got to meet Flo also.... such a nice lady. I can totally see why so many people are, and have been, loyal to this restaurant!

We stopped by for lunch, and I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, which was quite delicious, though I wish it had been a bit spicier. Perhaps the level of spiciness I requested played a role, but overall, it was a good dish. However, it didn't quite live up to my memories, and the restaurant itself felt a bit dated and could use some improvements. The staff was friendly, yet it did take some time to receive extra water and to get our check settled. Perhaps my memories were overly nostalgic, or maybe the restaurant just isn't as good as it used to be. I would like to rate it 3.5 stars, but I don't think it's fair to give it only 3 stars. Updating review from 5 to 2 stars to reflect current state of the restaurant. Very disappointed. This was our favorite Asian restaurant. My girlfriend has been visiting for over 15 years and 6+ for me. Unfortunately the quality has gone down so much inthe past few years we have given up. Can?t justify to keep giving them another chance when the prices keep increasing. Myfavorite dishes like the House Chicken have changed to use lower quality ingredients like boneless nuggets. My gf loved theorange tofu and other vegan options but sadly they have changed their recipes leaving very few vegan options. During my previous time in the Phoenix area, I really enjoyed dining at Flo's. On a recent business trip, I found a location in Scottsdale to revisit. It's been a while, so I initially recalled that the restaurant I frequented was in the Promenade at Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. We stopped in for lunch, and I ordered the Kung Pao chicken, which was quite tasty, although I wished it had been a bit spicier. My husband and I don't often get to enjoy time together, let alone go out, so we chose Flo's for a quick dinner before spending the rest of our day and evening together. Initially, everything was pleasant; however, it took a turn when Flo stepped away for a bit. A particular female staff member, who we've seen before but aren't sure if she's related to the management, took it upon herself to run the place in a manner that felt quite uncaring.
