"The food was tasty although very messy. We used forks and knives to eat our burgers. The key lime shake was very good, but it wasn't ready until we were halfway through the rest of our meal. The cashier, although nice enough, was completely incapable of correctly taking our order, and even with the help of another person, both bugers were wrong. We did not return them because we didn't have enough time to go through the process a second time. I would suggest a training program be put in place and have a capable manager on duty to oversee the restaurant conditions."

We've consistently enjoyed great service and delicious food at this restaurant. During our last visit, we tried the onion rings, and they were fantastic. Our meals have always been served hot and fresh. Overall, we've found Freddy's to be quite reliable when it comes to both food quality and service.
