I'm obsessed with her homemade Indian Potato Samosas and her ginger-glazed chicken. I love them so much that I buy them by the pound to make sandwiches at home.

The best new deli in town!!! Amazing product selection, great prices and most importantly a very friendly staff. I love going here for all my shopping needs especially for their wide range of beer selection. Check them out if you are in the neighborhood. View menu

If you wanted a beer or snacks before meeting your friends in the park, go elsewhere. Freshy's won't place orders for inventory with women--and they said so. (Do they know women brew, package, and deliver beer? Do they know many of the food they sell was grown, harvested, baked, packaged, marketed, and delivered by women?

There are similar deli/grocery stores like this all over New York. They are small in nature similar to a 7-Eleven type of store but a bit better. The deli portions has freshly cut meats and cheeses for sandwiches. They will make it there for you but no place to sit. Good place to pick up drinking water, Street parking if you're lucky.

Really was excited for their vegan sandwich, but kind of sad when I got it, it was not a panini but more like toasted bread (the inside was not pressed or warm), and it was pretty soggy and fell apart. My husband’s non-vegan sandwich looked better and was much bigger too (see the pics) which was kind of weird. I would say it was a little disappointing but considering it is a bodega, not super surprising. View menu

This is a down-to-earth deli that provides a surprisingly extensive selection of vegan options. I ordered the vegan Chik'n salad, and I was impressed by the generous portion sizes, reasonable prices, and delicious flavors. My only concern was the presence of many meat products in the deli, and I felt that they could be more careful about preventing cross-contamination than they currently are. This restaurant has a down-to-earth atmosphere and provides an impressive selection of vegan options. I tried the vegan chik’n salad, and the portions were generous, the prices were quite reasonable, and the food was truly tasty. My only concern was that there are numerous meat products in the deli, and they don’t seem to be as careful about preventing cross-contamination as I would prefer. If I could give it zero starts I would.I ordered through grubhub. They have their name on grubhub as something that isnt even their name. (I cant even make a review there because they wont say that they delivered my food which is sketchy for mulptible reasons and is locking me out from writing a review there.)I waited almost 2 hours for my food.
