"The smoothies are delicious. I love that it’s a local business, I’m totally down for the cause. I have a couple of questions for the GM/Owner. Why does it seem like the shop is run by teenagers? Why is there no music playing? Why does it look like there is no manager on the floor? Staff has very low morale and it looks like Fruit In Motion aims to be a joyful environment, I’m totally down for the cause, but where is the joy? I would love to come back to Fruit In Motion once it gets some fresh vibes."

Today, April 16th, I visited during my lunch break, which I do frequently. However, this time, the young blonde staff member greeted me with a very unfriendly look instead of a warm welcome. Her attitude while taking my order was quite poor, and to top it off, the smoothie she made for me tasted awful. I usually enjoy my visits here for lunch, but today’s experience with the blonde girl was definitely disappointing—I'd rate it a 0 out of 10.

I’ve ordered several smoothies from this place, and almost all of them have been quite sour. I usually don’t mind smoothies made with frozen fruit, but these have been overly tart. One time, my friend ordered a smoothie that tasted as if it had a lot of lemons added to it! When I ordered delivery, I had to mix in some extra ingredients and blend it again just to reduce the sourness. However, I did enjoy the cucumber smoothie, so I think I’ll stick with that in the future.
