"I used the Desoto Fuzzy's to cater a graduation party. I was unable to get the online catering order to go through and called the restaurant, I talked to C, who is the manager. From the moment she answered the phone and took my order until the moment the order was delivered on the day of my event the service I received was unprecedented. Since my order was taken over the phone, I called two days before to confirm, everyone on C's team was on top of that catering order. I received friendly, courteous, service from start to finish. C called me right back and shortly after one of her team members also called me. I was impressed with how they were diligent and surpassed all my expectations. They did not miss a beat. I was excited that C was personally going to deliver my order herself because I wanted to meet this wonderful person. It was truly a pleasure to meet you C, thank your team for a superb job. you deserve this recognition."
