First time, items were missing and never received a refund seeing a trend through previous reviews) My family and I love Fuzzy’s so we thought we would try again. Second time, didn’t receive any of our food. Called for a refund and management needed someone to translate for him didn’t the first time we had this experience) long story short just called my bank due to it has been 5 days with no refund when I was told 3! Tried to call the corporate number a couple time and it just rings. Very disappointed in Fuzzy’s as whole. Won’t be spending any more money at any locations. It was a good run Fuzzy’s :"

Delicious and budget-friendly tacos! The chips and queso were also excellent. My personal favorite was the Californian heat taco, which I loved on a corn tortilla with shrimp tempura.

I ordered fajita nachos to go… I asked for sour cream on my nachos and BOY did they deliver… they put so much sour cream it was disgusting! They were also stingy with the fajita chicken. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

As someone who wears hearing aids, I found the environment to be quite noisy, with various sources of background noise such as music and TVs. This made it challenging to have conversations with my dining companions at the table where I was seated. View menu

Saucy poblano brisket taco was really sweet and had too much sauce which made the flour tortilla soggy, but it also had a fair amount of good flavored brisket. The California heat tempura shrimp taco was really salty but had a fair amount of shrimp in it, and way too much bacon. Not my favorite experience here and reaffirms why I don't eat here but once a year or less. But...the fajita steak nachos are always good. Not disappointed with the nachos.

The quality of your food has consistently declined while prices keep increasing. I used to love your fish tempura tacos and was looking forward to having them today, only to find they've been replaced by beer-battered cod. I tried the cod, and honestly, it was disappointing. Two of my favorite items are now missing, including the borracho beans. I used to be a rewards member, but that’s in the past. Just so you know, your Sanger location has always been a letdown.

"It seems that the choices and different dishes has drastically diminished since our last trip. This time, only three 'rice ' salads no tossed. There was a stack of dirty dishes at the beginning of the salad line, and after trying to remove a couple, I realized they all needed to be replaced. A young worker was watching, and apologized and offered to take away the entire stack however, I returned later, and the top one still had food from a prior diner. (I can 't believe someone could have removed this many from the dishwasher and not noticed it was very obvious). Every dish that should ahve been warm was not from soups to veggies to meat to bacon/sausage and waffles. I guess the little lites weren 't working under the serving dishes. It was not very busy, so these things were pretty inexcusable for such an expensive meal. It seems as the usual excuse keeps popping up: Covid. But I don 't buy that any more. We wanted to buy a $100 gift certificate for the Regency Room, and my husband went on Saturday (had to be purchased at front/check in counter) and there was only one worker, who said she 'd be busy for 30 minutes. So he left and we came for brunch the next day, to accomplish both errands. After brunch, we went to the check in counter were there were two clerks helping one customer each. After about 10 minutes, the party in front of us was finished so we stepped forward, and asked what we needed. Telling her that we wanted a $100 gift certificate for the Regency room, she said she had to finish up from the last party. After at least five minutes on the computer, she 'logged ' off, picked up her keys and walked away?! No explanation no mention of I 'll be back . Meanwhile, more people were in line behind me, and the other clerk was still working with the original party. So after at least another five minutes, I left. I think we won 't be giving any recommendations or gift certificates until service and quality improve."
