"One of my favorite gelato spots in the city! Their pistachio and coffee flavors are absolutely divine, rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavor. The pistachio is nutty and smooth without being too sweet, and the coffee is bold and perfectly balanced. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and really care about the texture and taste of their gelato. Whether you’re a classic flavor lover or just looking to treat yourself, this place is a gem. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!"

Last weekend, we were in Brooklyn and stumbled upon this gelateria by chance. The ice cream they serve is the real deal! It’s truly amazing. We tried the stracciatella, chocolate chip, Nutella, pistachio, and cream flavors. As Italians originally from Montreal who have visited Italy many times, we can confidently say that Brooklyn is fortunate to have such a high-quality gelateria! If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit. — Tania, Ralph, Ariana, and Evan

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
