Great service, but food was overpriced for the quality. Cocktails were mediocre. Tables are too close together, making privacy of a conversation difficult. Could be awkward for a date.

It was a superb dining experience. The ambiance was great, the service was perfect, and the food was outstanding; best steak I've had in a long time! We will return to try other dishes.

The food was excellent. We both had the pear and beet salad. Best we've ever had! Our pasta should have been served with a large spoon is our only complaint. The garlic bread is out of this world. Our waiter was very patient with us and extremely courteous. Can't wait to go back again!! View menu

Introduced this wonderful restaurant to a couple of friends. It started out with us trying to find a place to eat on Sunday night. So glad Glass Onion was open, took our reservation on Open Table. The food was yummy, service was amazing and our evening went perfectly. All of us will be back!!

Great experience overall ... food was exceptional as was our server. The “hostess” seemed a bit harsh, smiles and a warm welcome was lacking.... And be warned: outside seating means on the uncovered sidewalk which was fine on the occasion but might not in others. Overall ? VERY good and highly recommended!

Bland mains. Incomprehensibly bad ‘house margarita’ that tasted like pure lemon orange juice. Was served rancid olives and the waitress tried to tell me I just don’t like olives. I love olives, don’t gaslight me bro. Orange cake tasted like orange extract. It was my first time at Glass Onion. My first impression was that it was crowded and noisy. The ambience was friendly and the service was excellent. The capresse had no basil, just other greens. When we asked for fresh basil the waitress brought it right away. My partners had the trout which she declared was excellent. I had angel hair with shrimp and sausage, which was excellent. However, while the shrimp was pretty, it added nothing to the dish. I would order it again with no shrimp and extra sausage. The noise level was very high, but we were able to converse at the table for two even with my bad hearing.

This place was perfect for food and table service. However, one person in our party had about 80% of their pasta dish left when they asked for a to-go container. What came back was a tiny container that held a small amount of what was left on the plate. Where did the rest go?? Why would you not either have larger containers or use multiple to send people home with their full portion they paid for? Also ordered the strawberry shortcake to go. I saw what others had been served and it looked great. Again, what I was given was tiny in comparison due to the container and I didn't realize that was the case until I opened the bag at home to enjoy it. From the moment we walked in we felt appreciated. Greeted with smiles and a lovely table with such an attentive staff (yet never interfering with our evening). Nice selection of cocktails and wine list. The Aperol spritz was my choice for this summer’s day. The salad special was peach, arugula, goat cheese with toasted nuts which they were happy to split and bring us two plates. Oh my and the rolls!! Totally worth the carbs!!
