"Shout out to Gloria who ever she is lol! This is an amazing little spot in Brooklyn with Phenomenal food I must say! I’ve been coming here for a while now, whenever I come into nyc it’s a must to come get some food from here! The staff is really friendly and nice, the store is a little small so it can get crowded very easy but always worth the wait if there’s any wait in line. Amazing menu items, great prices and the portions are generous! My go to is the shrimp roti with pumpkin (try that) but get a plate of food and I promise you’ll be coming back to Glorias wherever you are! I make the drive whenever I can! I hope they expand and open more stores ! Definitely check out this place if you’re in the area! I’ll be taking food back to Mass with me"

The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. My favorite dishes are the mixed vegetables, pumpkin, stewed oxtails, and curry conch. I only wish that the stewed oxtails were bigger. View menu

The Curry Goat and boneless Curry Chicken Rotis were incredibly tasty, with perfect seasoning and cooked to perfection. However, the Sorrel and Passion Fruit juices had a flavor that didn't seem authentic, so I would not buy them again.

I highly recommend this restaurant! My entire meal was fantastic! The goat, the macaroni pie, and the potato salad were all delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. The portions were generous for the price. I will definitely be ordering again!

Delicious food!! I had the Chicken roti and it was like my trini friends were cooking. I loved it! The passion fruit juice is too sweet for my liking. But I will definitely return for the roti. I couldn’t even finish it because it was huge! View menu

I live in South Carolina, but my children still live in New York, and every time I visit, I have to go to Gloria's. It's the most delicious Caribbean food I've ever had, and it's always family-friendly. If you're in town, check out Gloria's on Nostrand Avenue— the food is amazing!

The best roti in Brooklyn! I firmly believe this is one of the top roti spots in the area, and I've tried some great ones like Ali's too. The restaurant is clean, and the food comes out quickly. Just a heads up: be sure to bring cash, as they're not accepting phone orders at the moment—probably because of unclaimed orders. Don’t forget to grab a Solo before you go!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
