Waitress took to long ordered soup ? first it came last

This is a wonderful family-friendly restaurant with delicious food. We really enjoyed the appetizers, and the staff was fantastic.

Pretty average franchise.Would love if they would get more local tap beer. Nice happy hour appetizer specials late night. Open till midnight View menu

Lots of people may have called out the night we were there. We had to wait for about 15-20 minutes and we saw several open tables. Also, we got menus but not utensils. Our food came and we wondered if we should eat with our hands! Did not order burger or sandwich)

On June 4th, my family and I commemorated what would have been my sister Alana Williams' 20th birthday. The management and staff truly exceeded our expectations by beautifully decorating the patio for her memorial dinner. If you're seeking a restaurant that offers excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere, I highly recommend Glory Days. I'm grateful to everyone who helped make Alana's memorial dinner special!

Unfortunately without the BBQ sauce my pork burger was dry and tasteless it clearly states on the menu that it comes with barbecue sauce. I requested it on the side. It was missing. I would not order through Uber eats again because they do nothing to seal or even tie the bag so you know it hasn't been tampered with but that aside the wings with blue cheese were really good luckily I liked the sauce because that was supposed to be on the side also I did not receive any utensils. Waited 30 mins for an appetizer. Would have been nice to even acknowledge it would take a while or whatever the reason were to be. Waitress didn't listen to how we wanted something cooked which resulted in one of us waiting over an hour for their meal to which we weren't compensated for whatsoever and we never got refills even after asking numerous times! Waitress was super bubbly to everyone and gave them acceptable service but us after we stated a meal wasn't prepared correctly (we get it wasn't fully her fault) but good lord

For years, we have come here after Bible study, as there are very few restaurants in the area that stay open at that time. Unfortunately, everyone felt unwelcome and poorly treated, especially after so many years of loyalty. My husband, who has over 20 years of experience in restaurant management, was one of the members in the group. It’s not easy for someone to write a complaint letter, but this treatment was unacceptable. All of this happened due to the fact that all tables were closed an hour early on a slow day, likely due to cutting staff too soon.

Where do I begin...I 'll start out by saying that our Korean wings, clam chowder, fried fish and meatloaf was good. Besides the Glory burger, our food was tasty.Now for the dirty lowdown:1. Smell of greasy, dirty floors tables. The smell was pretty heavy throughout the restaurant. It was pretty hard to enjoy sitting there when all we could smell was heavy grease, dirt and unwashed wood...dirty everything: tables, Chairs, floors, booths, menus, napkins.2. Table surface wasn 't super clean...felt greasy.3. My Bloody Mary came without anything in it...no celery, no olives...just a Bloody Mary that had more mix that vodka.4.
