"The food is good but not consistent! The online menu/order is terrible!!! It doesn't tell you what exactly your getting for certain dishes or meal deals like the family fajita pack. It doesn't really seem to matter what or how you order your food they send it out however they feel to make it. Alot of the girls whom answer the phone are rude. I had one previous order that I called in 45 minutes before my lunch break which is only a half hour takes 8 minutes to get there 8 minutes back I get there and they never entered my order in the system then gave my half heated veggies in my fajitas and old rice that was basically mashed potatoes everything was slopped in the bag bagged filled with juice where the tops werent put on properly they turned them sideways at some point every meal was slopped to the side all the stuff comes with fajitas was mixed together like pasta .This is probably the only place I have ever heard that won't let you place an order with a pick up time and when you try to call their phone 85% of the time it goes straight to voice-mail or do not disturb. we had a hefty sized order for my company so wanted to give them ample time to make it so it would be ready but I was told they can not take time orders. So we took our well over 600$ order else where Huge way to lose business and word of mouth is everything. To be very clear this is only at the ranson wv shop never had these issues at any other el ranchero been going since I was a kid."

"The quality of the greek plates are outstanding as well as the level of their customer service. This restaurant have a menu full delicious food, beverages and desserts options for your selection. I'm planning to visit this place again. Highly reccomend."

"This is honestly just a comment out of sheer circumstantial amazement, but thank goodness they have COMPLIMENTARY MOUTHWASH in the men's room, since the patrons before us decided to leave BLOOD on the seat, and I was able to literally sanitize the areawith Listerine. Would be 5 stars, but there was a complimentary mouthwash station in the men's rooms, as I mentioned l, whichjust, deeply unnerves me. Convenient for blood though, I suppose."

"Don't let the outside fool you. We passed this place by many times and now regret it as it's the freshest and best-tasting pizza!! I had the lasagne and it had multiple layers of goodness and it's amazing! The portions are huge and my husband asked at least 3 times if his was a small pizza it was so big. I did steal a piece or two of his pizza and it had great flavors and the perfect crispy crust. So much so that driving home tonight I was thinking oh we should get pizza again. I got home and my husband says hey wanna get pizza again from Andy's tonight? So guess where we are headed. I will update if tonight is just as impressive. Okay update, we were running late and didn't want to roll in 30 mins before closing for dinner. So I picked up the Pizza to go. So I can't fairly rate our 2nd Pizza since I had a long drive home. Just means we need a 3rd Pizza. 3rd pizza in a week, that's really embarrassing but it's so good. We did dine in and it was amazing! I wonder if they have frequent buyer discounts? this time we got a large supreme."

"Went with my grandpa on a Saturday, since it’s a hispanic restaurant my grandparent had asked a worker, a medium weight girl, pale skinned and seemed like a salvadoran accent. Anywho my grandpa had ordered Pollo a la brasa and he was asking her for the spicy yellow sauce in spanish, she is hispanic and yet acting like she does not understand? after repeating ‘huh’ several times and showing how annoyed she was for what reason? she just threw it in the bag. It came to us as a surprise since the times we do decide to walk in and not order thru online, the male workers are always generous."

"My first impression of the restaurant wasn't great. The description of the Classic Quesadilla was quite misleading. Although the man behind the counter tried to justify it, I didn't want to make too big of a fuss. I found it surprising that, despite the complaints he mentioned having received, they hadn’t made any changes. I paid for extra chicken and cheese, yet there were still bites without any chicken and I couldn't find much extra cheese either. It was also supposed to be served with salsa and sour cream, but I had to ask for those."

"Where do I begin...I 'll start out by saying that our Korean wings, clam chowder, fried fish and meatloaf was good. Besides the Glory burger, our food was tasty.Now for the dirty lowdown:1. Smell of greasy, dirty floors tables. The smell was pretty heavy throughout the restaurant. It was pretty hard to enjoy sitting there when all we could smell was heavy grease, dirt and unwashed wood...dirty everything: tables, Chairs, floors, booths, menus, napkins.2. Table surface wasn 't super clean...felt greasy.3. My Bloody Mary came without anything in it...no celery, no olives...just a Bloody Mary that had more mix that vodka.4. Waters didn 't arrive until we had been sitting there a good 20-30 minutes.5. Set after set of flatware was dirty, water spotted, greasy and the spoon that came with my chowder had already been used.6. The vinegar brought out for my fried fish had lots of white build-up on the inside of the jar with copious amounts of slimy slime floating throughout...and it wasn 't the "mother. "7. The napkins were drenched in grease...these people do not know how to clean anything...their flatware, the napkins, their glasses, their floors.8. Soggy fries...nothing worse than soggy fries.9. Every plate brought to our table was covered in greasy. Greasy fingerprints all over the plates...including the plate that held my bowl of chowder.10. Everything stunk and felt dirty. If we hadn 't been so hungry and had a substantial drive home ahead of us, we would 've turned around when we smelled how dirty this restaurant was.Not trying to be mean but I 'm surprised this Glory Days location is still in operation. If you 're desperately hungry and cannot possibly wait to eat, then go. If, however, you can manage to wait a few more minutes, go somewhere else...you 'll thank me for it. There was absolutely nothing glorious about our time at Ranson, West Virginia 's Glory Days."

"Probably one of the best strombolis I've ever had in my life! It was my first time there, and of course I was a bit concerned over the price I was paying for a stromboli. It ended up being worth every single penny. When I go back to the restaurant, not only will I be getting another freshly made stromboli, but now I have to add to it and try their other products. Next time I'll add pictures too. If you're wondering why I gave it three stars for atmosphere, it's because it's an older place, a bit dingy, but still clean. Next time I plan on checking out the bathroom as that is a good indicator of the general cleanliness of the restaurant. Don't let me down, King!"

"Definitely NOT what the company used to be! With regard to ordering, it appears that the only way to order in the store is to use one of two tablets at the front. NO HUMANS. Otherwise I suppose I could order on my phone, but having to do that is just as despicable. Other than a small number of customers, the only evidence of humans was voices (and food prep noises) behind a wall. At least until a human popped up to call a customer's name and that their order was ready. Some furniture needs repair. For example, one of the seats of the booth I chose was loose and sitting at an angle. For all of my 70+ years, the emphasis of retail merchandise and food sales has been good Customer Service by actual educated and well-trained Human Beings. I despise this change. The only reason I ordered food at all here is because I could feel the symptoms of low blood glucose starting and therefore needed food at once. I would have done better to have gone back to the home center store to get a candy bar."

"The small pizza is more of a child's personal pizza. It taste good but the garlic sauce is some ass, I'd suggest putting sizes on the menu. I should have asked. I love garlic herb butter but it's all herbs and taste more like Italian dressing. The fried pickles are delisish (def not house made, like almost everywhere). I don't know if the ranch is house made but it's decent. Driver for delivery was quick and friendly. "The two ladies who went through this place were phenomenal this morning. I was very surprised at her helpfulness, good attitude and general kindness, especially at 8:54 on a SUNDAY. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed by my service this morning that I felt they needed recognition. Not only was the service great, but my food quality was also exceptional. I don't know if there are new management, property or new employees, but consider me a satisfied customer. You don't see this kind of service anywhere these days, let alone a McDonald. I felt like I was back in time when life was better. This was an enormous improvement over my previous experience in this place. Go on!"

"On October 5, 2022, I have no idea who the management or kitchen staff are at this location, but everything here is absolutely fantastic! The customer service is polite, prompt, and simply outstanding! We recently decided to give Roy Rogers another chance after having consistently bad experiences at other locations. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. On a Friday night around 11:50, I ordered three double shots of Fireball for myself and my friends. After waiting about five minutes to place my order, I gave the bartender my credit card, but she took another five minutes to help other customers before finally processing my payment. At 12:01, she brought me a bill for $36. When I questioned the charge, she casually informed me that it was now Saturday. This is not a great way to run a business."
