"I'm absolutely in love with this little place that I discovered this morning! I had an everything bagel with jalapeños, and it was incredible! Then, I enjoyed the ice cream that I’ve been dreaming about for ages! And let's not forget the delicious BLT I had—I'm still thinking about it. I almost want to cry, and yes, I’m pregnant too! This place feels like heaven to me! I also tried a huge soufflé that was fantastic! Everything here is amazing! Huge thanks to the staff for being so friendly and making my first visit unforgettable! There was another sweet blonde-haired girl, and a girl with curly black hair—she was awesome! Don't worry, you'll be seeing me again!"

"I asked Google Maps for restaurants nearby as I was driving through Charles Town, WV.. Rossy's Place was pretty much the only non-chain answer I got. Looking at the building and the gravel lot as we arrived, we had second thoughts. But the reviews were good, and I like to eat in local places when I travel. We took a chance. This cafe/restaurant is the best! Clean, nicely decorated, homey feel with the covered tables, and wood floors. The owner is a wonderful, friendly, beautiful lady who is not afraid to chat with you. The menu offers a nice variety of foods, drinks, and desserts. I had one cold beer, a Reuben sandwich, a nice sized serving of cole slaw, and a slice of carrot cake. Food arrives quickly, hot if it's supposed to be, and you will not find better tasting food on the planet! If I had more time to spend in Charles Town or ever have cause to visit there again, Rossy's Place is definitely where I would head for every meal. It's the best place I have eaten for years in Europe or in the US. And that's the truth!"

"I had a fantastic lunch with my son. We were treated to complimentary spring rolls that were simply divine. We also shared the KaNomJeeb Todd as an appetizer, which was delicious! I chose one of the daily specials, the Massaman Curry, while my son ordered the Pad Mama with beef. Everything was exceptional, including the attentive service. The atmosphere was charming and peaceful since we arrived early for lunch. I would rank this Thai restaurant among the best I've ever visited (if not the very best). I used to love the Thai Room on Connecticut Avenue, which unfortunately closed years ago, and I've been on the lookout for another great Thai restaurant ever since. I just wish it were closer to my home in Alexandria, Virginia!"

"I've never left a single review in my life, good or bad. This is the worst restaurant I've ever visited in my life, bar none. Neither myself, my sister, or my mother could eat any of our entrees as they were so disgusting. I ordered a curried beef dish that had been prepared with *obviously* expired and spoiled meat. One attempted bite filled my mouth with a disgusting slurry of rot. My sister's vegetable kebab was dry and unsalted, undercooked, and filled with vegetables that were far past their prime. My mother's shrimp pasta was swimming in undrained pasta water, but in fairness the shrimp seemed to be half decent. She said she could probably eat it if she had to, but it had no gastronomic appeal. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless I was seeking revenge for an unpunished crime. Eat here at your own risk."

"The food is good but not consistent! The online menu/order is terrible!!! It doesn't tell you what exactly your getting for certain dishes or meal deals like the family fajita pack. It doesn't really seem to matter what or how you order your food they send it out however they feel to make it. Alot of the girls whom answer the phone are rude. I had one previous order that I called in 45 minutes before my lunch break which is only a half hour takes 8 minutes to get there 8 minutes back I get there and they never entered my order in the system then gave my half heated veggies in my fajitas and old rice that was basically mashed potatoes everything was slopped in the bag bagged filled with juice where the tops werent put on properly they turned them sideways at some point every meal was slopped to the side all the stuff comes with fajitas was mixed together like pasta .This is probably the only place I have ever heard that won't let you place an order with a pick up time and when you try to call their phone 85% of the time it goes straight to voice-mail or do not disturb. we had a hefty sized order for my company so wanted to give them ample time to make it so it would be ready but I was told they can not take time orders. So we took our well over 600$ order else where Huge way to lose business and word of mouth is everything. To be very clear this is only at the ranson wv shop never had these issues at any other el ranchero been going since I was a kid."
