Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't recommend ordering from them, whether through Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, or any other service. I will definitely not be returning.

Something had happened and it was somehow a mistake. They called me just to fix us and redeemed the situation. Very amazing place to eat at or order. A shout out to Pauline. The food is si amazing and I eat there all the time. Catherine GKid-friendliness: Yes

I visited twice. Once I order online and they didn't have anything I ordered, spinach, or beyond meet patties.The second time they didn't have any vegetable, spinach, or beyond meet patties. They don't seem to stock the items on their menu. If you are vegetarian they must likely won't have the food you want. View menu

Cashier was rude. She was an older lady and in training. Zero personality. There was another lady there who seemed to be the manager and she was really nice. I asked how much the callaloo was and they just flat out ignored me so I left without it. Ordered the spinach veggie patty w/ coco bread. The were out of mac and cheese ? Loved the spinach patty, but probably won’t be back.

Called the store before making a DoorDash order , a man picked up and said they have the food but not fried dumplings then I get a call back just for the lady to tell me they do not have no breakfast food. Which is confusing when I called. The man all he had to do was check . And he did not They never have everything they show on DoorDash and today I had enough , no customer service skills at ALL

an old lady who wear a glasses start yelling at me , just because i asked her if they gonna charge me for the vegetable? She talk to me like she were talking to her kids.., you guys need to do something with your customer services. I don’t think ill go there again, plus the chicken is not good, it left a bad taste in my mouth, i wondering for how many days, they keep it….Dietary restrictions: Poor View menu

I ordered the harmony porridge and cocktail beef patties. Unfortunately, the porridge was flavorless. This is my second time trying the harmony, and I’ve had the same disappointing experience, so I won't be buying it again. On the other hand, the cocktail patties were frozen and incredibly easy to bake at home. They were a big hit at the party! Everyone enjoyed them and kept asking where I got them, commenting on how delicious they were. At just over a dollar each, they were the perfect size.

I ordered through Grubhub. I guess I ordered some soup soup wasn't ready so I said replace a suit for something else she replace my dumplings for plantains. but when it came to the soup, it was a big issue. She was screaming and yelling at me on the phone telling me she's going to cancel my order over one thing and that's not how GrubHub works. She was rude and the pictures on the menu looking board better than what they give you there's no meat on the bones the macaroni and cheese was disgusting and I may be a Caucasian woman but my baby daddies from Jamaica so I stay no one had to cook Jamaican food and no good Jamaican food and then saying it OK I ordered a dinner plate and didn't even ge...

The customer service doesn't adhere to industry codes for restaurants or fast food chains. They ruined the ordered two days in a row, said they can't mix curry chicken with stew chicken, don't have any meat on any bones in their large meals, no brown rice and beans it was overcooked white rice with beans, no beef stew sauce, more rice when I bought a medium to compensate for the chicken and vegetables, i feel i was overcharged when they gave the same size portion to a guy with two children seeming upset and charged me for a medium instead of a small like his, then ask me about yhe children and talk about the mans child the next time i was in there was disrespectful so i ended it in a nice wa...
