"Ordered some breakfast. The food was good, but the service was awful. The guy behind the counter making the food was saying rude comments about us under his breath. He complained that we needed to “hurry up” because he was “very busy”. There were no other customers in the store. Unfortunately a good restaurant was destroyed by its bad customer service. The food at this restaurant is terrible. I have tried it multiple times and it never improves. The staff is incredibly rude and lacks any manners towards customers.

This is my go-to spot for breakfast in NYC! The food is incredible. Their French Toast is the best I've ever had! You must give it a try if you're ever near Times Square. I make sure to stop in every time I'm in the city, and I am always satisfied.
