"Grant's (Grant Street Cafe) is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink with a buddy or maybe a romantic companion (I usually choose buddy). The staff is always helpful, which is greatly appreciated with their ever changing beer menu. They keep the drink menu fresh, but you can always find your traditional beverages as well. As great as the drink selection and atmosphere is the food is wonderful. I personally love the filet mignon sandwich, but you can't go wrong with any other selections. Then you have the pizza. Thin crust and delicious. The Chicken Bacon Sriracha is my personal fave, but every Tuesday is Pizza Night and they find some interesting combinations to keep you on your toes. Finally, I'm told the Mussels are wonderful. I personally don't partake, but my wife and daughter enjoy them very much. I suggest you stop by, have a drink, and make a friend. You will be happy that you did. If not, you probably suck and should reevaluate your choices in life."

The food came too hot to eat that is fresh; a little something for all including a full bar. I wouldn't recommend the sausage unless you want 10x more bread than meat. But the fillet was excellent and the wings were good. View menu

If you like bar pizza you're going to like Grant Street Cafe. This pie features vodka sauce, tater tots, and bacon. Perfectly crisped crust for a bar pie. Can't wait to go back. Stop in and tell them @bobspizzatour sent you.

Wow! What a hidden gem in the neighborhood! The shellfish were the best I've had in a long time, and the pizza had a perfect crust. They also have a great selection of beer on tap. I recommend going early, as it gets quite busy, but it's definitely worth the trip!

Grants Street Cafe is truly one of the best-kept secrets in Bergen County. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. It's always bustling with activity! The bar features an impressive selection of craft beers on tap. Be sure to explore the menu, as it has some hidden gems that you’ll want to discover after your meal. The steak sandwiches and wings are absolutely worth trying. You can’t go wrong with a visit to Grants! View menu

EXCELLENT!!!! My first time visiting here and im sure i'll be going back. Started off with cheesy garlic bread and all i can say on that is OMG! The Prime Rib sandwich is a must! Had mine with sweet potatoe fries. It comes with a side brown sauce, almost like soy) but soooo good when you dip into it OR pour it on bite-after-bite like i did! For cocktails we enjoyed a Sex-on-the-beach, an Orange Crash and a Mango Margarita Prices are reasonable. Social distance practice in place and close to Parkway. I definitely recommend

We made a reservation for four, and this was my first visit—I can’t wait to return! I ordered the Jameson Burger topped with candied bacon, and it was absolutely amazing. It was definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had—juicy and flavorful. The atmosphere was lively, and we were surrounded by a great crowd! My friend tried the buffalo wings, and she loved them too. We enjoyed a few drinks that were spot on. I also had the pizza cake, which was the perfect pizza! The staff were wonderful and very attentive, making the entire experience even better.

"This past Saturday, my wife and I wanted to have dinner before we heading to see the film Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. So we opted to eat at Morton 's at Riverside in Hackensack. We called Morton 's on our way there to see if a reservation was needed for only the two of us, and after speaking with Don over the phone he explained to us that normally we would need a reservation but at the moment they didn 't have any available tables and if we wanted a table our wait time would be at least 3 hours, he also further explained that we can sit by the bar on a first come first serve basis, which we opted for the latter. Upon arrival we were greeted by Don, a presentable, nice young man. The place was packed and lively, we were in luck that no sooner we arrived and a couple of bar stools opened up. We sat down, we met two fine bartenders: Georgie Alex. Both were friendly, courteous and skilled at their craft. For drinks I got me a cocktail called Island Bessie , my wife doesn 't care for alcoholic beverages so she kept her glass of water. I asked Georgie for a couple of cherries for my drink and she obliged, they use real, dark cherries, not the fake maraschino 's in a jar. For appetizers we ordered: Grilled Oysters French Onion soup. My wife 's favorite appetizer dish is the French Onion soup and she said that this is the BEST she 's ever had, I had a taste and she was absolutely right. The Grilled Oysters were out of this world, bursting with an intense flavor. For entree I opted for the Miso Sea Bass with Bokchoy, she on the other hand wanted meat and got Grilled Prime Pork Chops. Our sides were Spinach with Mushrooms and Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes. We both thought that this is what eating dinner in heaven must be like. What an exquisite tender Sea Bass, the miso sauce gave it a flavorful touch. The Grilled Chops were so tender, juicy and delectable, the sides were superb! Morton 's is an expensive, classy restaurant, but oh its worth it! The service provided by Georgie and Alex was magnificent, they are both phenomenal people. My wife and I agreed that we must return again, well, as soon as I save some money for this luxury. *Edit* Visited Morton 's for Valentine 's 2022 and it was a magnificent experience yet again. This time we were seated by a friendly young man Marquis we were served by the exemplary and outstanding Justice and Frankie, they were on point and attentive. Kudos to Morton 's and its fantastic staff!"

"Our family went here to celebrate my aunt's birthday a couple weeks ago, and to get my grandma out of the house for one of the few times during covid. First of all, my family can be a little hard to wait on. Not rude, just kind of strange requests and whatnot. But our server took care of us very well the entire time. One of our family members had a hurt leg and needed to keep it raised. The server immediately got us an extra chair, no questions asked. When we first sat down, there was no music playing which made it a little awkward. We asked her about putting on music, and she immediately put on some wonderful Bollywood music videos on their huge TV. She took the time to take everyone's order and answer any questions. It was a bit much, but she handled all of us with patience, and she was knowledgeable on the food. The food did take a while to come out, but we were a large party, so fair enough. When it did though, everything was excellent. They told us what each dish was as they brought them out, which was helpful since we were sharing it all. At first, we were thinking we might not have ordered enough because it didn't look like alot. But we actually couldn't finish it all and had to take some home with us, and a few of us are pretty big eaters. We were stuffed, and it was all delicious. At the end of the meal, we were asked about dessert and we replied that we were going back to the house for dessert, but when she saw it was my aunt's birthday, she brought out gulab jamun with a raspberry drizzle, one for each of us. That was really nice of her and an excellent way to wrap up the meal without filling us up too much for our later dessert. Also, I could tell that she treated our grandma with patience and extra respect, which was very nice to see.I would also like to say that the two top bad reviews, one is complaining about the prices and the fact that they have signs up for a buffet they don't have anymore. With covid, food prices have doubled on many ingredients. Everyone has raised their prices. Just look at almost every other restaurant. And as for the buffet, the restaurant would probably love to have it back if covid ever allows it again. It's a pretty lame move to write a bad review on a place during covid, especially when the things you're complaining about are because of covid. Quality of food and service wasn't even mentioned. The other bad review says they didn't even bother to go because they don't like the restaurants responses. Well they're missing out because this place was excellent, and we received great service. Fair enough if you read reviews and don't want to go, but don't leave a bad review for a place you never tried. That's just stupid.Anyway, thanks for the great night, Monsun. It meant alot to us as we don't get all of us together that often anymore. Keep doing what you're doing!"
