"We stopped in for lunch today. This place is a 30 minute drive from our home, but were curious as to how they managed to average five stars for 65 ratings on Yelp. The restaurant is located in an older downtown building in Derry. For the restaurant facilities itself, we would rate as a four. It was clean but clearly quite old and used. We were immediately greeted and shown to our table. Our waiter was nice and helped is clarify some things on the menu. We both ordered mango lassis, then the Malai Kafta and Chicken Saag. It took around 15-20 minutes to get out food. That indicated it was being cooked rather than just reheated in a microwave. Our lassis were very good. You could taste the mango and the yogurt made them smooth. Our dishes likewise were very good. They arrived spicy hot as we ordered and thermally hot since they put the serving dishes in the oven. My wife and I both agreed that the food was a five. My wife is not Indian. However, she cooks great Indian food. We had lamb saag for dinner the night before. It's hard to fool her with Indian food. We will definitely return to this restaurant."

"I placed a catering order for 15 people on a Tuesday pm for a Thursday noon pick-up. I arrived to pick-up my order and I had a wait an extra 20 minutes for the order to be done which wasn't a big deal because I didn't have far to go to get the order to it's destination. I had to ask for plates and silverware as nothing was prepped to go for a catering order. I was handed very hot orders with kitchen hand towels so I could transport my food. The food should have been double wrapped so there was less chance I would burn myself. I also got back to my office to realize that I also wasn't given any serving utensils. Luckily I had them but not everyone picking up an order would have had all the supplies on hand. I'm only writing this review as a reminder to the restaurant that these should be part of each catering order. The food was AMAZING and I would be happy to order from them again but I hope they understand the concerns of this review."

"This place is great. I highly recommend it. I've been multiple times. One side is hot pot and allows customization. If you've never done hot pot before, they walk you through it, so don't be afraid to try. The flavors are complex, SO many options from proteins, to veggies, to sides. I love it. The Thai restaurant side does happen to be my favorite. I've tried most of the appetizers and entrees. Each one allows you to customize the spiciness level. The chicken Satay appetizer is juicy, flavorful and a welcome addition to any meal. The Thai egg rolls are crispy, slightly sweet, savory and not over powering. We have tried the Pad Thai and it's the best around BY FAR. It's got a good complexity, slight tang, slightly sweet, slightly sour, well balanced enough sauce to keep the noodles moist, even with left overs. The See Ew was great. Tiny noodles tossed in sauce. I love it. It's a nice change if you want to step just outside the standard Pad Thai box. The pineapple fried rice has some yellow curry seasoning and is perfection. Chunks of pineapple add sweetness between onions, peas and seasoning. The shrimp are cooked perfectly. It's easy for shrimp to get overcooked, especially on a take out order where it can sit in the heat for a bit, but it's a master class in juicy shrimp. The customization of spicy level is good. Mild is no spice really at all. Medium has a tiny sizzle on the tongue but complements the sweet, sour dishes so well. If you can handle spice, go up from there. Hot is hot. It's a chili heat across the tongue that lingers on the lips. Your nose will water, but it's so good, you keep eating, it's not a blow out your palette type heat, but is very forward. I love this place, they are so nice, the service is good if you eat in, they wash the pens and wear gloves, so it's very sanitary. Take out is fast, and when I want Thai, no delivery option beats picking up from here. I do wish delivery from here was an option, but if my option is bad Pad Thai on delivery, or pick this up myself, I'll drive to pick it up any day."

"We recently ate here and the food was delicious. My daughter and I had the egg salad sandwich. It was seasoned Perfectly on wonderful bread. Delicious pickle too with a side of chips. My mother had their homemade Split pea soup which she said was the best. All kind of wonderful coffees too. The ladies working were delightful. There is also a store in the back that I fell in love with… it has all kinds of unique things in it. From pottery to cards to local maple syrup. It’s a great place to stop have bit to eat and a little shopping. I love this place"
