"We look forward to the New York restaurant in Harbor Springs each summer. This year we were very disappointed. At 6pm they were out of 2 of the dishes we wanted to order. The tomato buffalo mozarella salad had no dressing, wedge salad wasnt a wedgeand didnt match the description otherwise. My whitefish was delicious, but served with green beans on one side and a very drycombination of huge butter beans, kidney beans and garbanzos, unseasoned on the orher side. What was the chef thinking? Thetable had nice linens but completely empty except for flatware and bread plates, though no bread was served. Would have beennice in such an elegant setting to have at least a candle or some flowers. Our waitress was excellent and i felt sorry for her. We will be waiting a couple years before going back."

"We came here a little while ago The feel of the place is great, love the decor, the staff was nice very helpful, the prices are off the charts tho, I get that they are kind of a surf turf place seafood is very expensive, but when you order a single sandwich meal per person for 3 people, 3 waters, no extras the meal is $65 tip it better be a very good meal for a small town place, I wasn't very impressed with the food quality, it's wasn't bad just worth a lot less money, we did not try the main entrees which are $25-35 each, some of which are just normal dinners nothing unique. The experience was pretty good though everything was served on time fresh. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5"

"1 am 1 of 8 people that haven’t seen each other in quite some time .We Chose this place to meet , have lunch and reminisce. Called ahead to make sure we didn’t need reservations and we’re told we needed none . Well to make a long story short they would only give us 2 separate tables for 4 and would not let us move them together there was plenty of space for that or pull the table leaf out . Come on now they think that they’re to good for that well they better start doing some up keep . The carpets are ripped all over for example . Don’t waste your time . Go to piersons across the street the place is spotless, food is fantastic with way more choices , prices and table selections . Meal type: Other Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1"

"The pizza was fantastic and the service was outstanding. We arrived late on a Sunday evening, just before closing time, but the staff welcomed us warmly and quickly prepared a pizza for us. We suggested taking it to go, but the gracious server insisted we stay and enjoy our meal at the restaurant, allowing us to take our time. Thank you for a wonderful experience and delicious pizza!"

"Food Quality: The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. The flavors were well-balanced and everything tasted fresh.
