"Lanita Glover Norman, the owner, and her team were absolutely incredible. They catered an event I hosted on March 24 on very short notice. I contacted them personally because they are true friends, and I consider them family. They gladly took on the task and delivered outstanding results. The event was a complete success! The food was fantastic—fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. I just finished my last "to-go" plate from yesterday, and the chicken was still moist and juicy, as if it had just come out of the frying pan! A huge round of applause to them—they will definitely be my go-to caterers for any future events!"

The best chicken I've ever had, without a doubt! Sincerely, a proud Florida native.

My chicken tasted old and dry due to being overcooked. So disappointed. This was a waste of my money

Please update your hours on Google. We drove quite a distance because it indicated you were open until 5 AM today. It's currently 12:32, and you're closed.

0/10 don’t recommend. i door dashed from here and received the most ancient, dry and crusty chicken and fries. and i was missing a piece. the audacity for them to serve this garbage. tasted like super old, flavorless popeyes. never again.Food: 1/5

Incredible! The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of options, especially Harold's chicken. The cashier in the evening was very friendly, and they will cook your order fresh upon request. Plus, they stay open until 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays! Truly unmatched! Food: 5/5 View menu

Ordered at 12pm on doordash and I got there at 12:30pm and there still not open even though it says there open with their sign on the door and on google and yelp. Lady at the front is rude and has no customer service skills. Didnt greet me or the other customers. Chicken is good but the fries are never cooked well done and have no flavor. I only come here because it's close to my job and theres parking.

I don't understand how the sign on the door indicates that they close at 9 PM on a Sunday night, yet they actually closed at 8 PM. This is not good business practice, and if the hours differ, they should definitely update the signage. I witnessed an older woman trying to place an order, and the young lady working there abruptly shouted at her, claiming to be the owner. The older woman commented, "This is sad." Business is business, and I hope they make some positive changes soon.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
