"I'd recommend Bazels over any pizza shop in the area! Worth it even if its a drive from you. 1. Best pizza taste and selections I've found in the area. And two different good gluten free crust options for my wife who is Celiac she loved both! 2. Nice selection of appetizers and I love the wings. Chocolate cake slices were amazing too! 3. AWESOME PEOPLE Everyone is always really friendly and pleasant! I recently made a mistake on an online order, completely my fault. When I realized it, having already gotten to the store, they offered to remake my order right away for no charge."

"Simple Saturday dinner out. We know Bertucci’s will always be consistent and good. Very impressed by the young woman manager. We could tell they were a bit short-staffed, but we know that is often a part of dining out nowadays so it was not a concern to us. This young woman never stopped moving, from station to station and task to task. Always with a smile and an upbeat disposition. Shortly after we ordered with one of the wait staff, she stopped by to check on us. I had forgotten to order something with my meal and asked if it was still possible to do so. Without skipping a beat she said, “Anything is possible” with a smile and went off to make it happen. Perfect answer, even on a night when the crew was working hard to keep up. Overall an enjoyable visit. Great staff experience."

"I have gotten take out from here a couple times and was still making up my mind on it when I unfortunately had an unpleasant service experience (due to the management, not the cashier or service staff that will sour my perception of the place if or when I return again. The food itself is fine or pretty good I like the hot basil rice as a vegetarian option especially.The long annoying story: I ordered takeout in person, then went to the grocery store and came back. There were a couple other people ordering, so the regular cashier who had taken my order was busy. One of the management/owners was there too saw me and asked if that was my order; it was. Then tried to explain to me, in an accusatory tone, the different prices for lunch and dinner. I had made no objection to anything about their prices and had already paid cash when placing the order. At first I thought they were saying I 'd been charged the wrong price so I sort of waited for him to get to the point. After him leading me over to the wall menu and pointing at the price, I brought out my receipt and showed him the same price that I 'd already paid. (This is where he was especially condescending and insulting: Because the receipt itemized the base curry order and the $3 added protein, I mentioned both items as a way of AGREEING the price I had already paid was the sum he was pointing at on the menu, but he interpreted this as some sort of challenge to his still unclear point and asked me okay, what do you get when you add those numbers together. I don 't need you to check that I can add 3 to a number, dude. Just say right, 21 total or whatever. I told him, multiple times, I have no objection to the price , there 's no problem here, why are you bringing this up. Eventually he told me you said price was 'illegal ' , I said I didn 't say anything like that, and he STILL kept going.Finally he slowed down enough to actually listen to me telling him I didn 't express any problem with the price, he went back to the cashier who immediately told him no, that was a different guy, I already talked to him about it and we worked it out. So. There was some other customer who had an issue with the lunch vs dinner prices. There was a communication issue where he thought it was me. And that 's all fine, until you ignore your customer because you 're dead set on giving a lecture/rant and won 't possibly consider you 're the one mixed up.From the way he talked to his cashier, I doubt he treats his staff very well either. He was clearly worked up about the whole thing, so a good start to conduct yourself better is CHILL OUT for god 's sake it was a misunderstanding about $3 or something. Even if I had been the one complaining, his condescending and aggressive behavior still would 've been inappropriate. If you 're not capable or willing to communicate clearly and calmly about these little things, I recommend you let your staff do their jobs; the cashier seemed to have everything handled just fine until the other guy got involved. (People like this often decide to blame the staff for their own behavior; I hope that doesn 't happen here. I was tempted to give this two stars, but ultimately the food is okay and most people there seem competent. Just a frustrating few minutes. Vegetarian options: I felt like there were slightly fewer vegetarian specific items than I would love for a menu of this size, but the ones that are there are perfectly good simply leaving protein out the hot basil rice or curries for example. Parking: Parking is part of the large shopping center, but on the Walgreens side which is fairly low usage, not on the Shaw 's side which can be quite crowded."

"This is the only dunkin on my way to work. i refuse to get a coffee there anymore because it's always disappointing, no flavor in my coffee, just very bland tastes like river water. the staff is always so rude or don't speak english. my order is usually wrong and i usually don't make a fuss but i usually don't expect my order to be wrong, but at this dunkin it's everytime. the staff act like their customers are an inconvenience and that we bother them. again i do not like this dunkin but it's the only one on my way to work, sadly i can't enjoy a nice iced coffee for work."

"We live close by and it is our go-to place for take out pizza. They make delicious pizzas and have a number of meat, vegetarian and customizable options/sizes. Ingredients are fresh and of good quality. On-line ordering from their web page is very convenient — you order and pay on line; it shows the pick up/delivery time window (that is pretty accurate). Not really a place to sit down and eat, but there is both indoor and limited outdoor seating for those needing to grab something quick.
