We booked a week in advance and confirmed the reservation the day before. On the same day, we were cancelled with an automatic message without giving any reason. I can imagine better things the day after Christmas. I wouldn't recommend it!

Very good food (even if the portions are very small); service is not up to the rest of the standard, staff is not professional and reduces the quality of the experience. generally for this kind of high price, one expects a certain level of service that lacked terribly

On the Rue des Martyrs, near Montmartre, opened the hotel @hoyparis. A place of life that advocates the Good Living, especially with the Yoga classes that are taught there, and the Good Eat with their restaurant "Mesa". A favourite for their universe and their reasoned and responsible cuisine almost entirely vegetable but at the same time super gourmet! The food was simply not mediocre. The fried cabbage salad came salty (very above normal) even if we said we wanted less salt in the dishes. The natural wine offered by the waitress was unbreakable, the prices are not indicated on the map so you have to ask each time, and in addition the cost is extremely high for basic ingredients. An entry to 9 euros contained only 2 small pieces of beet. 60 euros the menu. The only good thing is the decoration and the waitress was nice.

The setting is superb as well as the intimate and quiet atmosphere of this restaurant. The servers are very kind, however, a really bad value/price ratio. Count 60€/pers for a 5-stroke menu (please note that the 3rd time of this menu is only “a small broth” that is similar to a glass of onion water to rinse the palate this time, so rather surprised that it is counted as a time of the menu). The tastes are rather fades and floury, nothing leaves a wahou effect all the more for this price there. On the other hand, the wines were original and very good. Overall, we were disappointed with the envy of something that finally awakens our taste buds.

Disappointing. We chose the menu for lunch there are very few choices (2 courses, 2 sides and one of the choice of side was a simple salad of young shoots that is also served with the dishes (not with the same dressing and not quite the same shoots... . So we meet with a bunch of salads that even if there's a lot of them isn't a copycat. The dish sold as a potato cake is rather a pie. I was expecting qqch as a Rösti, a little crusti-gourmand. In fine, it's rather big pieces a little soft, it's good without more, but much too small, totally insufficient for a lunch. The dessert, a mini Granola served with red fruit is not bad, but basic and tiny... slow and not very playful service. View menu
