Huck's offers some of the best pizza around. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional.

The restaurant often lacks sufficient staff, resulting in prolonged wait times. Occasionally, the lines stretch down two separate aisles.

My wife visited a store to play the Illinois lottery machine, but it swallowed her $10. When she brought the issue to the attention of the store manager, he brushed her off, saying it was her loss. We feel like we were scammed.

The restaurant is newly constructed, but the credit card machines are outdated and not functioning properly. The coffee station is poorly positioned, making it difficult to access when there are several people waiting. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

I am a health care worker go in with full uniform badge and get smallest coffe cup. As a healthcare worker, I visited Huck's in my full uniform with my badge and ordered a small coffee. They advertise free coffee or soda for healthcare workers, but when I mentioned that I qualified, I was told I could only have the smallest cup available. However, there were no small cups, and the only option was a medium cup. I would have been willing to pay for my coffee, but if you're not going to honor the offer you advertise, you should take down the sign. I even double-checked with the cashier, and there really were no small cups available.

I had an outstanding experience at the Fairview Heights Hucks convenience store. There are two employees who truly make this store shine. One of them is Kassie Sheldon, who is incredibly helpful and courteous to every customer she meets. She always greets everyone with a warm smile, making me feel welcome and eager to return each day. The other employee is Stephanie Kruep, who shares the same helpfulness and courtesy. She also greets customers with a cheerful smile and makes me feel valued, encouraging my frequent visits. My experience when I go to the fairview Heights Hucks Convenient store is superb. There are two worker that make that store run better than it has ever ran before.
